Status/conditions of the dumpsters is not easily verified due to the accumulation of trash/rubbish surrounding the dumpsters. Dumpsters shall be in good repair though prior to next inspection.

Due to the score received, the facility will receive a reinspection within the required time frames. Due to the score received, the department requests that a risk control plan be conducted to discuss long term compliance.
