WNB Factory, located at 805 S Glynn St STE 125 in Fayetteville, received a score of 62 points out of a possible 100 points during their 11/17/2025 inspection by the Georgia Department of Public Health.

Inspector Notes: Observed that the facility was cooking chicken wings in bulk and then holding them in the fry basket until they were ordered; these chicken wings were stored below 135 F. COS. To be removed and discarded unless a time is know for when they were removed; if a time can be determined for when they were cooked, they may remain for 4 hours from when they were cooked. RCA: Spoke with the owner over the phone who states that the wings are on time as a public health control, however, the time for the wings are not being kept and a TPHC policy is not available; recommend completing the TPHC policy and following it if that is how the chicken wings are intended to be held. CA: TCS food that uses hot holding as a control for safety shall be held at 135 F or higher.
