Four accused of trafficking, producing child pornography in multi-county investigation

EMANUEL COUNTY, Ga. – Four people have been arrested on federal charges connected to child sexual abuse and trafficking, authorities announced this week.

Emanuel County Sheriff Jeffrey Brewer and District Attorney Tripp Fitzner said the suspects — Jhirmichael Williams, 34; Bryon Willis, 53; Samantha Reese, 35; and Samantha Bradford, 30 — face multiple charges, including sex trafficking of minors, production of child pornography, and enticement of minors.

Fitzner said the investigation began after investigators found evidence of child pornography on a cellphone belonging to Willis. That discovery, he said, led to a multi-jurisdictional probe involving several law enforcement agencies.

“It quickly became apparent that the investigation would span multiple jurisdictions,” Fitzner said.

According to officials, investigators uncovered communications indicating that Williams — the father of one of the victims — was involved in trafficking and coercing his child. Authorities say Williams allegedly recorded acts of child sexual abuse and used the footage to blackmail others.

During interviews, Reese reportedly told investigators that Williams coerced her and others into sexual acts involving minors. She also identified Bradford as a person who helped produce exploitative materials, officials said.

Authorities say the charges are based on video and photo evidence, as well as victim statements.

The investigation remains ongoing. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Emanuel County Sheriff’s Office or the local FBI field office.
