The following was taken from a press release distributed by the Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office on June 21, 2024:
MUSCOGEE COUNTY, Ga. – The MCSO will continue to arrest wanted fugitives and remove firearms from the hands of those who should not have them. On June 21, 2024, the Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Unit successfully located and arrested Altrazo Nickerson in Muscogee County.
Nickerson was being sought by the Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office for the following outstanding felony warrants: 1.) Felony Sale Of Cocaine – 2 Counts
A further investigation led to additional charges. Nickerson was also charged with the following: 1.) Felony Trafficking Cocaine 2.) Felony Possession Of A Firearm During The Commission Of A Crime – 2 Counts 3.) Felony Possession Of A Firearm By A Convicted Felon – 2 Counts 4.) Felony Possession Of Marijuana With Intent To Distribute
The following was seized: 1.) 43.7 grams of Cocaine valued at $4,370.00 2.) 278 grams of Marijuana valued at $2,780.00 3.) $6,739.99 of U.S. currency
Nickerson was transported to the Muscogee County Jail without incident.
