HABERSHAM COUNTY, Ga. – A Lee Arrendale State Prison employee was arrested on May 1, 2024, for inappropriate contact with an inmate. The Georgia Department of Corrections Lieutenant was charged with sexual assault on a person in custody and violation of oath by a public officer.
Russell Clark allegedly touched and kissed a female inmate in a main dormitory stairwell. Jail records revealed that Clark bailed out of the Habersham County Jail on an $11,200 bond.
