PAULDING COUNTY, Ga. – Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Hiram man at the Charles Hardy Parkway Walmart in Dallas on October 20, 2024, for exposing himself to an Uber driver. Jae’Brien Rollins was charged with misdemeanor public indecency – lewd exposure and transported to the Paulding County Jail without incident.
The driver explained that as they approached Walmart, Rollins asked if she would “do him a favor for an extra tip.” Thinking he meant an additional stop, she replied yes.
When she agreed, Rollins pulled down his pants and “pulled out his private parts.” A deputy asked if he offered her a specific amount of money or began pleasuring himself, and she said no.
Deputies entered the store and located the suspect, who asked, “Am I going to jail?” He confessed to asking the driver for a favor and exposing his genitals.
He said she immediately pulled over and made him exit the vehicle. This case is pending in court.

On 10/20/2024 at approximately 1117 hrs, Deputies responded to thw Walmart at 3615 Charles Hardy Pkwy, in reference to a disturbance.
I spoke with the complainant ([VICTIM #1]), who stated her Uber passenger “exposed himself to her”. [VICTIM #1] advised she was driving for Uber and as her and her passenger (Jae’brien Rollins) were approaching the Walmart at the above-listed location, Rollins asked if [VICTIM #1] would “do him a favor, for an extra tip”. [VICTIM #1] stated she said “yes” to the offer, assuming that Rollins would need to add a potential stop to the original ride, which is not uncommon in her experience working for Uber. [VICTIM #1] advised after she said “yes” to Rollins’ offer, Rollins proceeded to “pull down his pants and pulled out his private parts”. I then asked if Rollins offered her a specific amount of money or if Rollins began pleasuring himself, to which she answered “no” to both. [VICTIM #1] then filled out and signed a written statement, documenting the above statements.
I then entered the Walmart at the above-listed address, and located Rollins. Immediately Rollins asked “am I going to jail?” I explained that I was there to investigate an incident that possibly involved him. Rollins then stated “I’m going to be completely honest with y’all, I did it. I was taking an Uber here (to Walmart) and I asked her if I tipped her, could she do me a favor. I pulled my thing out and showed it to her, then she pulled over down the street and made me get out.” I then asked Rollins to clarify what he meant by “pulling his thing out”, to which he replied “my p*nis”. When asked, Rollins stated the Uber he was in, when this incident occurred, was “a red 4 door small car”.
Rollins was then placed in handcuffs and transported to Paulding County Jail, for Public Indecency (warrant# 24-2744)
