TROUP COUNTY, Ga. – A 19-year-old man turned himself into authorities at the LaGrange Police Department on Saturday, September 7, 2024, after an investigation into the physical and sexual abuse of an 18-month-old child.
Antoine Felix faces charges of aggravated battery, aggravated child molestation, and first-degree child cruelty. Police said Felix’s arrest pertains to an incident that took place in LaGrange, but no further details were released.
