Habersham County (February 12, 2023) – A man called the authorities after a woman at the Level Grove Road Days Inn attempted to prostitute herself to him. Officers from the Cornelia Police Department responded, and he told them that she came out of a room as he passed by and offered sexual favors for money.
He said the suspect, Rachel Caddell Woodrum, asked him if he “was looking for a good time” and told him she was a prostitute. She showed him a website on her phone that featured her photograph and advertised her services.
The caller asked if he could photograph the website information on her cell phone, and she said yes. The officers viewed the prostitution advertisement and submitted a photograph as evidence.
A witness provided them with Woodrum’s name and explained that a woman had just dropped off a man to visit her approximately 15 minutes earlier. She added that Woodrum regularly rents a room three to four times a week.
The case was turned over to investigators, and Woodrum was arrested for prostitution on February 15. This case is currently pending in court.

On 02/12/2023, I Officer Joey Newkirk 214 responded non emergency to the Days Inn 1477 Level Grove Rd in reference suspicious activity. Caller advised dispatch a female was attempting to prostitute herself to him.
Upon my arrival, I met with a witness [WITNESS #1] she stated that her friend was walking back to his room, when the female in room [REDACTED] come out and offered him a good time for payment. That is when the male [VICTIM #1] went to the lobby to speak with the witness and file a report on the incident so he would not get in trouble.
I asked [WITNESS #1] who the renter was in room [REDACTED]. She stated that the female listed to the room was Rachel Woodrum. She also advised the female drove the grey vehicle parked in front of the room. She also stated that another female had just dropped off a male to visit the woman about ten to fifteen minutes earlier. That they was still in the room together. [WITNESS #1] also stated that the female rents the room three to four times a week. That the pictures that the complainant had on his phone was of one of the rooms at the Days Inn.
I then met with [VICTIM #1]. He stated that he was walking up the sidewalk of the motel going to his room. He stated the female come out of room [REDACTED]. That is when the female in room [REDACTED] offered sexual favors for money to the caller. [VICTIM #1] stated the female told him she was a prostitute and asked if he was looking for a good time. She then showed him a website on her phone with her photos and where she advertised her services.
[VICTIM #1] asked the female if he could take a picture with his phone and she allowed him to. He then showed me picture on his phone of the female, with the prostitution advertisement. I then obtained a picture of the advertisement for the report. I asked the male if he knew the name of the website. He stated that he did not but he would try to find out.
I then contacted on call investigator Bartholomew, and advised him of the situation. He advised to file a report and turn it over to investigations for further.
[VICTIM #1] then contacted Habersham Dispatch again after I went back in service. I then conference with [VICTIM #1] through Habersham Dispatch. He stated that he located the website the female was using. He advised the website was www.skipthegame.com that her picture was on the front of the page that stated she was working today in Habersham County. It also provided her rates. This was also provided to Bartholomew.
I then filed the report, and turned it over to investigators, for further investigation.
