FLOYD COUNTY, Ga. – A 47-year-old Rome woman was arrested and charged with theft by taking for stealing $230,390 from the GMC Value Mart located at 3402 Alabama Highway. According to Floyd County deputies, Olivia Black committed the thefts between March 27, 2023, and March 15, 2024.
Black allegedly created fraudulent refund transactions to shield her activity. Authorities transported her to the Floyd County Jail.
This case is pending in court.
