FULTON COUNTY, Ga. – The Shaky Knees Music Festival is described on its official website as “a rock lover’s dream.” Created in 2013, the festival features over 60 bands each year.
This year, the four-stage music fest is heading to Piedmont Park in Atlanta from September 19-21 and will include a diverse lineup each day. On Friday, fans can enjoy music from headliners the Deftones and additional artists Lenny Kravitz, with his first performance in Atlanta in almost seven years, Sublime, the Pixies, Spoon, Inhaler, and more.
Saturday’s lineup features headliners My Chemical Romance, along with other groups like Cage the Elephant, The Black Keys, Public Enemy, TV on the Radio, The All-American Rejects, Fat Dog, and many others. On Sunday, one can watch headliners Blink-182 and additional musicians, including Vampire Weekend, Alabama Shakes, Devo, Wet Leg, 4 Non Blondes, English Teacher, Worry Club, and more.
You can even catch a special appearance on Sunday, as well, by special guest “Weird Al” Yankovic. The three-day event will offer a wide array of food options, with a variety of food trucks preparing everything from vegetarian options to southern barbecue.
The event also offers fans fun photo booth experiences, free water bottle-filling stations, cell phone charging stations, and, of course, tons of festival and artist merchandise. Partners of the festival include Allianz, Beatbox, Cabot Creamery, Chase, Crown Royal, DoorDash, Electrolit, Owen’s Craft Mixers, Patron Tequila, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Verizon, White Claw, and Club Wyndham.
Fans can register to receive a special code for presale tickets on the festival’s website. The presale begins Thursday, February 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Ticket options include single-day and three-day admission with various levels (GA+, VIP, and Platinum).
