Woman wanted for stealing $900 in wigs from Columbia County beauty supply store

COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ga. – The owner of Esthetique Beauty Supply in Evans reported an incident of larceny shoplifting and explained that a woman stole approximately $900 worth of items. The owner said the woman wore a leopard-print shirt, grabbed two wigs and a hair cap, and exited the store while employees were in the back.

The incident occurred at 2:46 PM on March 19, 2024. The Columbia County Sheriff’s deputy submitted photographs and video of the suspect committing the theft as evidence.

The owner wants to prosecute when possible. This case is pending.

I responded to a shoplifting call at the listed address of Esthetique Beauty Supply. [REDACTED] is the owner who stated on March 19, 2024, at 2:46 P.M., a black female wearing a leopard print shirt and black paint walked into the store and grabbed a hair cap and 2 wigs totaling $906.00 and placed them into her handbag.

Then the unknown female left the store without paying while the employee was in the back. [REDACTED] would like to prosecute when possible.

Video and photo of the female have been added to the evidence drive under this case number.
