On the above date and time I, Cpl Wishart was dispatched to [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] S Heathrow Dr in reference to a domestic call.
While en route [VICTIM #1] advised dispatch that her ex, Anthony Eirick was outside on the porch yelling and banging on the door. Myself and Lt Williams had been out to [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] S Heathrow Dr in reference to a domestic earlier in the day and had advised Anthony to leave [VICTIM #1] alone because she did not want to speak with him or have him near her.
Upon arrival to [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] S Heathrow Dr, I saw Four Loco alcohol cans in the driveway, a large red metal can lying against a vehicle and other trash in the driveway. I spoke with [VICTIM #1], [WITNESS #1], [WITNESS #2] and [VICTIM #2]. [WITNESS #1] advised that they got the incident on video. The video showed Anthony kicking a Nissan Pathfinder belonging to [VICTIM #1] and an Infinity QX80 driven by [VICTIM #2]. The video also showed Anthony throwing trash such as Four Loco alcohol containers and other various items that were on the property of [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] S Heathrow Dr. Anthony was also banging on the door of the residence while yelling obscenities, cursing and threatening to kill [VICTIM #2].
[WITNESS #1] and [WITNESS #2] advised there were four children inside the residence while this was going on and the children heard everything Anthony was yelling outside the residence. After briefly speaking with [VICTIM #1], [WITNESS #1], [WITNESS #2] and [VICTIM #2], I went to [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] S Heathrow Dr to speak with Anthony.
When Anthony came to the door he was holding a Four Loco alcohol container. Anthony had the strong odor of alcoholic beverage coming from him. I explained to Anthony that I had already been out to his residence just hours prior for a domestic disturbance and he was told to leave [VICTIM #1] alone. Anthony stated he knew and asked if he was going to jail. I advised Anthony he was under arrest. Anthony was placed in handcuffs (double locked and checked for fit) and placed in the back of my patrol vehicle.
While I filed out a fact sheet and booking sheet for Anthony, Lt Williams gathered other information necessary to complete my report. The video of the incident was suppose to be sent to Lt Williams county email but at this time has not been sent.
Anthony was transported to Floyd County Jail and turned over to jail staff.
