On Monday, September 8, 2025 I was dispatched to [1700 BLOCK] Wilkerson Rd in reference to a domestic dispute. Dispatch advised that the domestic had also become physical.

Upon my arrival I spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] I observed that she was very distraught and crying profusely. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (JUV) stated that her mother, Ms Christa Page, had punched her in the chest. I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to show me the injury and she pulled down the right side of her shirt’s collar. I observed a large red area on [REDACTED BY AGENCY] right upper chest. She repeatedly stated that her mother had punched her and she was scared. She stated that she did not know what to do because her father was at work and she was afraid. At that time Ms Christa exited the residence and I heard her yelling at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and demanding the password for an i-pad.

I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] what had happened that evening. She informed me that she had been in her bedroom when her mother had come into the room and was very agitated and aggressive toward her. She stated that Ms Christa had wanted to take her i-pad and an altercation had occurred. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Ms Christa had punched her in the chest during the incident. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that at that time she had gone outside and called 911.

I then spoke with Ms Christa. She was also very upset about the altercation. She stated that she had been walking past her daughter’s bedroom and seen her hide something under her pillow. She stated that this had occurred multiple times that evening when she passed her room. Ms Christa advised that she believed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was hiding an i-pad from her. She stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was not supposed to be using the i-pad because she had been on TikTok and talking to boys online, which she was not allowed to do.

Ms Christa advised that after watching [REDACTED BY AGENCY] hide something multiple times she had entered the bedroom and told [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to give her the i-pad. She informed me that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had hidden it under a blanket on her bed and when she had pulled back the blanket to get the i-pad [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had escalated the altercation. Ms Christa stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (JUV) had punched her multiple times in the back of her head and neck. I asked to see the area and did not observe any sign of injury to Ms Christa’s person. Ms Christa advised that she had left the room at that time. I asked her if at any point during the altercation she had struck [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and she stated that she had not.

At that time Ms Christa was placed under arrest and searched for contraband. None was found. She was then placed in the rear of squad car 156. I photographed the injury to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] chest and uploaded the images to evidence.com under this case number. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was released into the custody of her next door neighbor per her father’s request via phone. I then transported Ms Christa to Floyd County Jail where she was booked for battery FVA and cruelty to children in the first degree.
