Inspector Notes: Observed display cooler on front service counter holding milk and other TCS drinks above 41 degrees f (55 degrees), teriyaki glaze at 70 degrees f on shelf after opened (refrigerate after opening on label), sour cream in plastic cups at 44 degrees f in cooler drawers and breakfast burritos and sandwiches in front service cooler drawer held above 41 degrees (55 degrees f). CA: TCS foods must be held at minimum 41 degrees F COS: pic discarded food held above 41 degrees F for more than 4 hours. Coolers to be repaired and serviced. Health Dept. will re-check Front display cooler doors added and cold holding 41 degrees F. Coolers at grill to be serviced but showing 39 degrees F.
