On December 4th, 2025, at approximately 12:45AM, I, OFC T.Zenga#57, backed up two officers on a suspected domestic at [200 BLOCK] E 4th St Apt#[REDACTED]. Upon my arrival, an officer asked me to stand outside in the hallway of the apartment building with the suspect, Jerome knight, while they talked to the woman inside.

As Jerome was making small conversation with me, he suddenly pulled out his penis and began to mast*rbate stating, “oh her voice is so fu*king hot”. I immediately placed Jerome in handcuffs, which were double-locked and checked for fit. I stated he was under arrest for public indecency. I placed Jerome in the backseat of my marked patrol vehicle and transported him to Floyd County Jail where he was booked.
