[NARRATIVE #1 on April 03, 2026]
On 4/3/2026, I, Sgt Werner, spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] regarding her stepfather (Jerry Casey) touching her inappropriately.
She advised that March 2025, She was staying with her mother and stepfather and he offered to give her a massage on her shoulders. She stated she looked at her mom and her mom told her that Jerry gave good massages. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] then sat in front of him, received a shoulder massage then went to bed. He stated She advised that the next morning when she woke up, her mom was asleep on the couch and Jerry was in the kitchen.
She stated she walked toward the kitchen and met him halfway and gave him a hug to thank him for the massage and tell him she felt better. She stated that when she turned around he grabbed her from behind and put his arms around her waist in what felt like an intimate embrace. She stated that she maneuvered her way out of his grasp and went to sit in the living room and try to process what happened.
She stated that Jerry came to the living room shortly after and sat in his chair and asked her if she was okay. She told him she was and he offered to give her another massage. She stated she sat in front of him and he began massaging her shoulders again as well as massaging down her back. She stated she scooted away from him slightly. She stated she then stood up and sat on his lap. She stated she did not know why she did it but then began gyrating her hips.
She stated Jerry then suck his hand in her pants and began stimulating her. She stated she did not wish for this to happen and though she was unable to speak she kept waving her arm in attempt to wake her mother up and get her attention. She stated jerry finished when he must have felt he was done and she moved to the couch. She stated when Jerry went back to the kitchen she woke her mother up and told her she needed to talk to her in the bathroom. Jerry asked where they were going and her mom replied “it’s just girl stuff.”
Her mother advised me that once she confronted Jerry about touching [REDACTED BY AGENCY], Jerry became upset and stated it was [REDACTED BY AGENCY] fault. He stated she wanted him to do that.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] and her mother left the residence that day and her mother filed for divorce not long after.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] showed me texts and voicemails from Jerry before she blocked him where Jerry stated she molested him and he was going to report her to disability and the police. It was advised that Jerry was an alcoholic and was always drinking alcoholic beverages.
I spoke with Jerry at his residence regarding the reported incident. He stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was riding him like a horse with her mother laying next to them sleeping and denied sticking his hand down her pants. He state [REDACTED BY AGENCY] has never acted in this manner to him before and never indicated a sexual attraction or prior advances.
While speaking with Jerry in the early afternoon, I could smell a heavy odor of alcoholic beverages on his breath. He stated he did call 911 to report [REDACTED BY AGENCY] July 2025 and was told he could file charges himself in magistrate court.
I did locate three E911 calls where Jerry reported [REDACTED BY AGENCY] however, a report was not completed and he was given legal advice. The responding officers also notated that Jerry appeared to be under the influence of alcoholic beverages at that time.
I made contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] via telephone to update her. She advised that she did not wish to pursue charges at this time and wanted to continue with therapy options.
At this time, the case will be exceptionally cleared.
