On the date and times listed I PFC World was dispatched to 910 N Broad (Circle K) in reference to a city officer needing my assistance with an incident that occurred in the county. Prior to my arrival I was advised the other subject involved had arrived on scene.

Upon my arrival I spoke to a city officer who advised he was stopping at the Circle K to use the restroom when a worker asked for his help. The city officer advised the complainant was [VICTIM #1], she advised on Sunday 01/11/26 she had got in an argument with her partner (Kelly Tucker) and was threatened and had it all on audio recording. I then went inside the store and spoke with the complainant Mrs. [VICTIM #1], while the city officer stayed with Mr. Tucker.

When speaking with Mrs. [VICTIM #1] I was advised that on Sunday 01/11/2026 her partner who she has lived with for 5+ years threatened her. I then listed to the audio in the audio you can clearly hear Mr. Tucker speaking, Mrs. [VICTIM #1] and two children [VICTIM #2] and [VICTIM #3].

The audio starts off with Mr. Tucker crying and upset for what sound to be the belief he was cheated on by Mrs. [VICTIM #1], who he believes to be in a relationship with a female who is not stated. In the audio the crying appears to quickly turn into anger, at the 2:00 min mark of the video you can hear Mr. Tucker state ” You want me dead”. and Mrs. [VICTIM #1] state ” No I don’t”. At this point Mr. Tucker grows upset and began to go from what sounded to be sad to upset and angry. Around the 2:21 mark of the audio you can hear Mr. Tucker state ” I’m sorry girls, I’ve tried my best to keep her here, she just don’t want me no more”. this is one statement of Mr. Tucker acknowledging the children around during this incident.

It’s to be noted During a majority of the audio Mrs. [VICTIM #1] is quiet and not engaging in the argument, the children are also heard watching television what sounds to be right beside Mrs. [VICTIM #1].

After listening to some of the audio I then went and spoke with Mr. Tucker who advised he had gotten into an argument but could not recall what all was said. This not only allowed me to hear his voice and compare it to the audio but also verified that he had been arguing the day of with her. I then went back and listened to more of the audio.

Around the 9:10 mark of the audio you can hear Mr. Tucker speaking with who he advised to be Mrs. [VICTIM #1]’s boss at her job, Mr. Tucker was advising that Mrs [VICTIM #1] was drinking on the job and advising other things in an attempt to get her fired. At the 11:50 Mark in the audio Mr. Tucker is heard saying “Your momma wants me to leave and never come back, ain’t that bad she said she don’t love me no more. She said she hates my guts”. with this statement being directed to the children. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] then stated ” Stop lying to the kids”. Around the 18:43 mark in the audio Mr. Tucker states “You might want to call the police”.

At the 20:56 mark in the audio is when Mr. Tucker make the threat “You’ll find out, This son of a b*tch will burn to the god damn ground with you in it, how about that if you try to stay here”. At the 19:40 mark you can hear the two children advise they were both scared. It was hard for me to determine if the fear was from the incident or from the show the children were watching, but Mrs. [VICTIM #1] assured that the intent was due to the yelling and argument.

After hearing the audio for a second time I then went to speak to Mr. Tucker who had gave City Officers consent to search his truck due to Mrs. [VICTIM #1] advising he may have her gun and that he was on probation, Mr. Tucker advised they could search and advised he may have drugs in the vehicle. City found suspected marijuana I placed Mr. tucker under arrest for the marijuana and the incident that occurred on Sunday.

Mr. Tucker was searched and handcuff checked for proper fit before double locking and placed in the back of my marked patrol vehicle. Mr. Tucker advised I could leave the keys to his vehicle to Mrs. [VICTIM #1]. He was the transported to the County Jail and booked with no further incident.
