On the above date I responded to [10 BLOCK] NAN LEE DR in reference to a domestic. When I arrived I saw [WITNESS #1] standing in the carport while [VICTIM #1] and PERRY, KIMBERLY JOYCE was sitting in chairs. I imminently noticed that [VICTIM #1] seemed distraught, she was smoking a cigarette with shaking hands and looked like she was about to cry. I first pulled [WITNESS #1] aside to speak to her while another officer spoke to Kimberly.

[WITNESS #1] states that her sister Kimberly is trying to manipulate their mother into giving her money. When asked to elaborate [WITNESS #1] states that her sister will get in their mothers face and scream at her until she does what Kimberly wants. [WITNESS #1] then showed me a video she took.

In the video you can her Kimberly screaming at [VICTIM #1] “You cant even buy your medicine.” then [WITNESS #1] says don’t you ever get in her face like that.” and Kimberly states “I’m wrong for that..”

I then spoke to [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1], who at this point had smoked multiple cigarettes back to back, was still visibly shaking. [VICTIM #1] states that no one is making her do anything and she just wishes Kimberly would leave. Kimberly currently lives in the same home as [VICTIM #1] so I advised her how to get an eviction.

I then spoke to Kimberly. Kimberly’s pupils were dilated and blood-shot, and I could smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath.Kimberly stated that her sister is trying to mess with her inheritance and how because she takes care of the mother she should be in control of the finance. When confronted about screaming in her mothers face she denied it. When I informed her that a video was taken she requested to see it so i informed Kimberly how to request a copy of the report and placed her under arrest. I check of fit of the handcuffs and double locked them before placing her in my vehicle and transporting her to jail.
