On August 12, 2025, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] spoke with Inv. Guzman at 1 Police Plaza. They reported that their grandfather, Larry Popham, had inappropriately touched them during their childhood.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] told Investigator Guzman that her grandfather had touched her once, she then avoided going back to visit him. The assault happended in Pophams bedroom. She told Inv Guzman that she had woken up to her grandfather touching her, but she pretended to be asleep the entire time.
