On Saturday, February 15, 2025. I Officer, Comi-Silis was dispatched to [300 BLOCK] Reservoir St Apt #[REDACTED], Rome GA, 30161. In reference to a domestic.
Upon arrival, I made contact with Letonio Allen and [WITNESS #1]. Mr. Allen was outside of the residence screaming and acting belligerently. I asked him multiple times to try and quiet down, as he was causing a disturbance around the neighborhood. Mr. Allen continued to scream and say he was not doing anything wrong but wanted EMS. I advised dispatch to have EMS en route. Officer Roden and Officer Falcitelli stayed by with Letonio Allen as I entered the residence to speak with Ms. [WITNESS #1].
Mrs. [WITNESS #1] advised Letonio started screaming and waking up everyone in the household. Mrs. [WITNESS #1] stated that Letonio accused her of cheating and asked her to leave the house. Mrs. [WITNESS #1] stated that Letonio opened the front door and started pacing back and forth while screaming. Mrs. [WITNESS #1] did advise that Letonio had taken suspected drugs but was unsure what they were. I asked Mrs. [WITNESS #1] if Mr. Letonio Allen had become physical, but she advised he had not.
I exited the residence and observed Mr. Letonio speaking with EMS but was refusing care and started making statements that he was going back into the house. Mr. Letonio began screaming at Mrs. [WITNESS #1]. I then gained control of his right arm removing him from entering further into the residence and placed him under arrest. Mr. Allen became a little combative but handcuffs was placed successfully, checked for proper fit and searched incident to arrest. Mr. Letonio Allen was advised he would be under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkness/ intoxication. Mr. Letonio Allen was transported to Floyd County Sheriff’s Office.
