On the above date I respond to [6600 BLOCK] Big Texas Valley Rd in reference to a 18 year old brother “Beating up” his 14 year old sister.

When I arrived I spoke to BURNS, NOAH RONALD, who was parked across the street of the home at a church. When I made contact Noah, who was very emotional (face red, shaky voice, frantic cadence) stated that he is tired of his sister picking on his mother [WITNESS #1]. Noah states that during this incident his sister, [JUVENILE #1] had said something he didn’t like to their mother and an argument broke out. During the argument Noah states that his sister punched him in the face this is when Noah grab [JUVENILE #1] and pushed her to the ground. We detained Noah with two handcuffs checking for fit and double locking them and drove to the house.

At the home I saw [JUVENILE #1] sitting in a chair holding an ice bag to her face. [JUVENILE #1] had a black eye (right), she was bleeding from her forehead, and the right side of her face was swollen. When asked if EMS was needed it was denied. I then spoke to [WITNESS #2] the father.

[WITNESS #2] stated that he was in another room during the incident but he did video what he could. In the video you can hear Noah, and [WITNESS #1] screaming, then a loud bang and [WITNESS #1] start screaming “No Oh My God.” In the video its hard to see what was going on due to where [WITNESS #2] was but I could make out [JUVENILE #1] putting her hand in Noah’s face then Noah grabbing [JUVENILE #1] and throwing her to the ground. I then spoke to [WITNESS #1].

[WITNESS #1] states that both [JUVENILE #1] and Noah have anger/emotional issues. When asked about the incident [WITNESS #1] states that Noah and [JUVENILE #1] were auguring and [JUVENILE #1] knows how to push his buttons. [JUVENILE #1] said something to Noah and he pushed her to the ground. On the way down [JUVENILE #1] hit her head on the side of the counter. I then spoke to [JUVENILE #1].

[JUVENILE #1] states basically the same as everyone else, they were arguing and she was pushed to the ground. [JUVENILE #1] states that she did not lose consciousness but did feel light headed and dizzy after.

I placed Noah under arrest and transported him to jail.
