[NARRATIVE #1 on February 10, 2026]

On Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at approximately 2330 hours, PFC Blankenship and I, Officer Ansari, were dispatched to a domestic call where the victim had possibly been cut by a knife at [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

Upon arrival, we saw that the victim, [VICTIM #1], was standing outside the residence holding his left hand with a napkin to stop the bleeding. As we approached the residence, I saw the offender, Ora King, walk back toward it, and PFC Blankenship followed her. While I was interviewing [VICTIM #1] outside the residence, PFC Blankenship interviewed Ora inside.

I asked [VICTIM #1] if he wanted EMS to come check him out, and he refused any medical attention. When I asked him what had happened, he said they had both gotten into an argument over something. He said the argument started several days ago, and she had called the police on him last time because she was upset about something. He continued saying that today, during the argument, she picked up a knife from the kitchen and started waving it around him. He said that she made comments like “I’m finna kill you,” while using the knife and stabbing the lounge pillow that he was seated on, beside his head.

[VICTIM #1] said as she stabbed the pillow, he got scared, and while trying to defend himself from Ora, when she was still swinging the knife, his hand got cut. I observed a sharp, shallow cut on his left hand middle finger that was bleeding at the time.

I went inside the residence to figure out more details when I learned that Ora had used one of the kitchen knives to cut [VICTIM #1]. I observed two puncture marks on the lounge near the headrest that appeared to be made by a sharp-pointed instrument. Ora said that the knife she used was the biggest silver knife in the corner of the kitchen, where the sink is. [VICTIM #1] identified the knife as a chef’s knife, possibly 7-8 inches long.

[VICTIM #1] also told me that he had been living with Ora for a little more than two weeks, paying rent to her, and did not know her well enough. He said he just wanted to stay in the living room, while Ora could stay in the bedroom, but she wanted to argue, and that escalated the situation.

Ora also agreed to waving the knife around after being angry with [VICTIM #1] when she wanted to rest, but he wouldn’t let her.

Ora was placed under arrest at approximately 2351 hours, handcuffed, checked for a proper fit, and double-locked. She was placed in the back seat of the patrol vehicle and transported to the Floyd County Jail, where she was booked for the offenses of O.C.G.A. 16-5-21 Aggravated Assault (FVA), O.C.G.A. 16-11-37 Terroristic Threats and Acts (FVA), and O.C.G.A. 16-5-23.1 Battery (FVA).

The pictures of the injuries sustained by [VICTIM #1] will be uploaded to evidence.com.

See supplemental for further information at this time.

[NARRATIVE #2 on February 10, 2026]

On February 10, 2026 at approximately 2331 hours, I (PFC Blankenship) responded to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a domestic altercation involving a female cutting a male with a knife. Complainant, [VICTIM #1], advised that he had been cut by Ora Bunn King, and that he was waiting on police outside the residence.

Upon arrival, I observed [VICTIM #1] standing outside in the yard of the above address and a female, identified as Ora, beginning to walk back into the front door. I made contact with Ora and spoke with her inside while OFC Ansari interviewed [VICTIM #1] outside.

Ora advised me that she lives at the above address and has been letting [VICTIM #1], her friend, stay with her for approximately two weeks now. I observed a bed made up by the front door. When I asked Ora to tell me what happened, she advised that she and [VICTIM #1] had been drinking and that she was tired and wanted to go to bed. She had been in the hospital with the flu and was released around 4pm today. She advised that she had medication she is taking and advised that she had two shots of an unknown alcoholic beverage.

Ora told me that [VICTIM #1] was cussing at her and called her a pedophile. She advised that she had taken “the biggest knife over there” (indicating toward the kitchen) and that she had confronted [VICTIM #1]. She told me that she had not cut [VICTIM #1] and then made several swiping motions with a closed hand–indicating brandishing a knife–advising that she was mad at [VICTIM #1] and had wielded the knife at him to get her point across.

I observed that there was approximately 2 dozen kitchen knives in blocks on the kitchen counter. I observed that the “biggest” and closest knife (while standing at the counter) was a large chefs knife (approximately 7-8′ long) in the block. I pulled out the knife and observed that the tip appeared bent.

I spoke with [VICTIM #1] as well and observed that he had a long shallow scratch on his finger that was bleeding. He advised that they both had been drinking and that Ora had become angry and taken a large knife from the kitchen and came after him. He also advised that she had stabbed the bed in which he had been laying in.

While inside, I observed two puncture marks near where one’s head would rest on the make shift bed in the living room by the front door. They appeared consistent with a thin, sharp, edged instrument.

Ora was placed under arrest and into OFC Ansari’s custody. See primary narrative for further. OFC Ansari took pictures of the puncture marks and of [VICTIM #1]’s injury.
