On the above date and time I, Officer Orellana was dispatch to a domestic altercation at [600 BLOCK] Compton Rd. Dispatch advised the complainant had left the residence for her safety and would be waiting at 4466 Rockmart Rd (EZ stop).

Upon arriving on scene, I made contact with the complainant identified as [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated she was just assaulted and threaten by Randall Rayford Davenport at [600 BLOCK] Compton rd. [VICTIM #1] stated it all started when Randall enter her bedroom and [VICTIM #1] advised Randall to exit her bedroom since she doesn’t want anyone inside her room. [VICTIM #1] stated Randall ran up to her and attack her by striking her in the mouth with some part of his hand with so much force that caused a swollen bloody lip and the bottom row of her teeth to become super loose and useless.

Upon observing [VICTIM #1] mouth, her lip and her bottom gum was bleeding and her bottom teeth were so loose, they seemed like they were going to fall out. [VICTIM #1] stated Randall also threaten to kill her and Randall advised her he was not scared of going back to prison. [VICTIM #1] stated she knows he will do it because he always carries a gun and knife on him at all time and [VICTIM #1] stated she had video prove since the cameras were outside beside her bedroom.

Upon reviewing the surveillance cameras, You can heard Randall telling [VICTIM #1] “Do not f*cking try me because Ill take you to the f*cking yard and I don’t care if you run or hide and if you don’t leave, I’m going to take you to the f*cking yard and I’m going to f*cking hurt you in front of papa, god, god and Jesus and no one here is going to f*cking stop me.”

[VICTIM #1] stated Randall had being staying at that residence for little over a month and tried to be the boss and tell everyone what to do at the residence. [VICTIM #1] stated Randall drives a white crown victoria or a Burgundy F-150. [VICTIM #1] stated Randall listens to the police scanner and if he is not at [600 BLOCK] Compton, he also stays at a family house on wax rd right after the lake in a white house.

Upon checking [600 BLOCK] Compton Rd for Randall, Randall was not located at the residence and both vehicles were not in the drive way. Upon checking the area, Officer Smith and Officer Webb located both of the vehicles at [2100 BLOCK] Wax Rd. Upon speaking with the home owner, The home owner stated some guy name Randall was driving that vehicle and it arrived about 30 Minutes ago but he didn’t know where he went. Officer Webb ask one of the home owners if Randall was inside and she advised she didn’t know.

Officer Webb asked if she gave us consent to quickly search the house for Randall and she advised we could enter. Upon entering the residence we spotted Randall son laying beside a bed in a bedroom. Upon clearing the residence, I noticed dusty stairs going up the second floor and fresh new foot steps leading the second floor. Randall was located inside the right side storage room and he was arrest with out a problem. Ofc Smith read Randall his Miranda Warning and Randall stated he would speak to us.

Upon speaking with Randall and asking him what happen at [600 BLOCK] Compton Rd. Randall stated nothing had happen and he just told [VICTIM #1] to leave the residence. Randall stated he didn’t touch nor threaten [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #1] left on her own with a friend. I advised Randall he was being arrest for Aggravated battery and Terroristic threats and acts. Randall was transported to Floyd County Jail for booking with out issues. Randall was turned over to jail staff for booking.

Hand cuffs double lock and checked for fit.
Back seat cleared before and after transport.
