On 05/08/2025 I was working as the Primary School Resource Officer for Pepperell High School when I was notified of a sexual abuse disclosure from a female student.

I was informed by [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that her step father (Campbell) used his hand and put it under her pants and under her underwear and touched her vag*na. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that this occurred before Christmas on a weekend her mother was at work. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she was laying in bed and that it was afternoon time when this occurred. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] shared that she told her older brother but was afraid that her mother, [REDACTED], would not believe her because Campbell is her husband.

I then contacted E911 for DCFS to respond, and I called Sgt Lopez.

DCFS Referral Completed.
