[NARRATIVE #1 on December 14, 2025]
On the date and times listed I PFC World was dispatched to [70 BLOCK] Toles Rd in reference to a domestic, where the father who is not to be in the residence with the children has kicked down one of the children door yelling.
Upon arrival I was advised that the juvenile was still in the residence the grandmother and residence owner [VICTIM #1] was now on scene and we entered the residence, I made contact with the juvenile [VICTIM #2] who advised her father Sergio Dominguez was yelling and kicked open her door. [VICTIM #2] advised he then to her knowledge ran out into the shed where he has been living. CPL Bleeker then asked [VICTIM #2] if she was the daughter he placed hands on and was shaking, to which [VICTIM #2] advised no that it was her sister that sleeps in the bedroom down the hallway. [VICTIM #2] advised when Sergio was kicking down the door she was mostly annoyed and really frustrated with the situation.
I then spoke to the other daughter while the other units verified if he was in the shed in the back. [VICTIM #3] the other juvenile advised Sergio entered her room yelling, grabbed her while shaking her yelling at her [VICTIM #3] advised when sergio grabbed her she felt threaten and that it was in an aggressive manner. [VICTIM #2] advised she also feared for more physical contact.
The other units on scene advised Sergio was not in the shed. [VICTIM #1] then advised she believed him to be in her bedroom because she noticed it was locked. I then reenter the residence making myself known and received no response. I then called out multiple time even stating Sergio’s name with no response. I continued down the hallway and knocked on the bedroom door moments later Sergio exited the bedroom. He was then placed in Handcuffs checked for proper fit before double locking. Sergio advised the reasoning for him behavior was due to him needing 911 for medical assistance and advising he has been constantly vomiting.
It is is to be noted this statement did not reflect his action due to the avoidance when units were on scene, I also took Sergio to the hospital due to the complaint. Sergio’s statement further disproved his actions when the doctor was speaking to him and he informed the doctor that he was in good health.
Sergio was transported to the floyd county jail with no further incident and booked.

[NARRATIVE #2 on December 14, 2025]
On the above date and time I, Cpl Bleecker responded to the listed address in reference to a domestic altercation. Upon arrival I met the home owner [VICTIM #1] who is the mother of Sergio Dominguez. It was reported that Sergio had kicked in the door to one of his daughters’ bedroom. As soon as I arrived I asked where Sergio was. I am very familiar with Sergio through past calls and know that he has some mental health issues and has a violent tendency.
[VICTIM #1] stated that he was in the shed located on the back of the property. Around that time PFC Carpenter arrived on James St which runs right up to the shed behind the property. He and SO Deputy Lord approached the shed but since we had not yet found Sergio I waited until we could determine if there would be charges. I entered the main house with PFC World and [VICTIM #1] showed me the bedroom door of one of Sergio’s daughters.
I observed that the door frame had been shattered. They advised that Sergio had broken it down trying to gain access to the room. The other daughter also stated that Sergio came into her bedroom, which was unlocked, and grabbed her by the shoulders while she was in bed and shook her awake demanding a phone. PFC World asked the young girl how she felt and she informed him that it made her fear for her safety. At this time we had charges on Sergio once we located him, believing he was still located inside or around the back shed.
As I was about to walk back to the shed [VICTIM #1] waved me over and whispered that she thought Sergio might be inside the house. I asked why she thinks this and she said that her bedroom door was closed and locked. This was in direct contradiction to what she told me before, that Sergio was not inside and was out back. I radioed for OFC Carpenter and Deputy Lord to come to the main house because we may have a possible location for Sergio. I instructed the two girls and [VICTIM #1] to leave the area as we entered the home. [VICTIM #1] came inside to grab a small infant that was laying in blankets on the couch.
Once we left we made our way down the hallway and PFC World knocked on the bedroom door and called out to Sergio but nobody answered. He tried again and suddenly the door opened. Sergio was told to step out into the hallway where I then placed him in handcuffs which were checked for proper fit and double locked per dept policy. I walked Sergio into the living room where he admitted to kicking in the door because he wanted a phone to call 911 because he was having chest pains he claimed. During the entire time we were inside the house calling for Sergio he never once responded to first responders and having locked himself inside the bedroom he was not actively seeking medical aid.
PFC World took Sergio to his vehicle were he was secured in the back. [VICTIM #1] informed me that there was a DFCS Safety Plan in place which stated that Sergio was not supposed to be inside the house. [VICTIM #1] was informed to call DFCS on Monday to report what had happened and to seek ways to keep Sergio out of the house and further away than just the back shed. I asked [VICTIM #1] how Sergio gained access to the house in the first place and she stated that she did not know. Although Sergio does not have keys to the house and he was inside [VICTIM #1]’s bedroom the entire time police were on scene she still claimed to not know how he got inside.
PFC World transported Sergio straight to the hospital for medical evaluation and then the jail.
