On 09/12/2025 I was dispatched to a call in reference to a domestic altercation.

Upon arrival I spoke with the caller [VICTIM #1], who advised me that she had been physically abused by her husband (Todd James II. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] had multiple bruises on her face arms and neck. She advised that the altercation started at the Walmart on the east end of town. She stated she confronted Todd about him being un faithful to their marriage where he became violent and slammed her head up against the side of the car before ripping her shirt off. Todd then drove them back to their home at [600 BLOCK] Warren Rd Apt [REDACTED] where he began throwing her stuff in the floor and broke a mirror before slamming [VICTIM #1] up against the wall. She got free and went to put a shirt on so that she could leave. He then slammed her onto the bed and began choking her. While choking her he stated that he would kill her.

After speaking to [Mrs]. [VICTIM #1], myself PFC Sangphim and Sgt Wade went to make contact with Mr. James where we placed him under arrest and transported him to the Floyd County Jail where he was cleared by medical professionals and released into the jails custody.
