[NARRATIVE #1 on February 01, 2026]

On February 1, 2026, at approximately 1447 hours, Officer Gravell and I were dispatched to [50 BLOCK] Alpine Ct, Rome, GA 30165 for a domestic violence.

Upon arrival, we were greeted at the front door by [VICTIM #1] who stated that the mother of his two children (Victorian Redwine) had threatened him with a kitchen knife and he had to lock himself in his bathroom to stay safe from her. [VICTIM #1] goes on to state that he and Redwine had been arguing about each other cheating on each other.

[VICTIM #1] states that he had gone into his bedroom to lay on his bed when Redwine came into the room with a large kitchen knife and stabbed his bed while yelling at him “where’s my phone” several times placing him in fear of serious injury. [VICTIM #1] then stated that he did not know where Redwine’s phone was located but told her that he would help her find it outside. As they left the bedroom, [VICTIM #1] was able to get into the bathroom and lock the door where he could call Police. [VICTIM #1] states that while he was in the bathroom, Redwine smashed his phone in the kitchen.

[VICTIM #1] also stated that he recorded the interaction between himself and Redwine in the bedroom as well as a recording of the noises he heard from the kitchen while he was locked in the bathroom. [VICTIM #1] then proceeded to show me the videos.

Upon review of the video, I witnessed Redwine yelling at [VICTIM #1] about locating her phone while holding a large kitchen knife with the blade pointed downward towards the bed. In the second video, a female’s voice can be heard yelling from the kitchen area as well as loud “banging” sounds.

[VICTIM #1] goes on to state that he was very concerned for the safety of his two children, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] because Redwine drives “recklessly” when she is angry.

Redwine had left the scene with both [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and took the kitchen knife before Officers Arrived.

At 1537 hours, [VICTIM #1] called with information stating that Redwine’s Aunt had just told him that Redwine was on her way to her cousin’s house in Summerville, GA. [VICTIM #1] states that Redwine’s cousin’s name is [REDACTED] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] but does not know the physical address.

The total damaged value was estimated to be $600.00.

Video and photo evidence will be submitted on evidence.com.

A warrant was issued for Victorian Redwine.

[NARRATIVE #2 on February 01, 2026]

See initial report attached.

Upon further discussion with the District Attorney’s office, it was determined the the initial charge of Simple Assault (FVA) should be changed to Aggravated Assault (FVA). Warrant was never signed or executed.

On February 1, 2026 at approximately 1927 hours, Officer Gravell and I were dispatched to [50 BLOCK] Alpine Ct SW in regards to Victorian Redwine from the initial report had returned home and was yelling and cussing at [VICTIM #1].

Upon arrival, [VICTIM #1] whom I had made contact with earlier in the day was standing outside of his home and stated that Redwine had thrown both keys to his pickup truck outside somewhere in the yard. [VICTIM #1] was unable to find either set of keys which had rendered his truck useless to him. [VICTIM #1] then stated that Redwine was still inside of the home with both of their kids. Before leaving the scene, [VICTIM #1] was able to find one set of keys to his truck but was unable to find the second set.

After knocking on the door, a female answered and I asked if she was Victorian Redwine to which she replied yes. Redwine then started yelling at [VICTIM #1] whom was standing out in the parking lot so I asked Redwine to step outside with me. As Redwine stepped outside I placed her under arrest with handcuffs to the rear, checked for tightness, and double locked. Redwine was then searched and placed in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle without incident.

I then read Redwine her Miranda Rights and asked if she understood them to which she did not reply which I took as a refusal to waive her Miranda Rights. Meanwhile, Redwine continued to yell and ask me questions from the rear seat of my patrol vehicle.

Redwine was then transfered to the custody of Officer Roden who transported her to the County Jail where she was booked.

Officer Roden notified me while in route that [VICTIM #1] was not the father of the children and was not legitimized. Officer Roden then notified DFCS for placement of the children.
