FULTON COUNTY, Ga. – Atlanta-born Dwight “Superman” Howard, a former NBA player on various teams, has placed his 14-acre Rose Hill Estate in Suwanee on the market. The European-style home measures 32,000 square feet, features six full kitchens, 10 bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms, and nine half-bathrooms, and is listed at $11.25 million.
Represented by Kelly Anderson and Engel & Völkers Atlanta, the mansion was built at 5200 Moore Road in 2010 at the price of $40 million; however, the owner never moved in, and Howard purchased it in 2016. The home includes two gated entrances, a fourth-floor attic space, and top-of-the-line appliances and fixtures, including a remote-operated pantry.
The main suite dons two separate bathrooms and closets, two fireplaces, and opens to a private covered balcony area.
The luxurious estate boasts impressive entertainment, fitness, and recreation amenities, along with ample guest space and accommodations and a massive garage large enough to store more than 10 vehicles. One can enjoy a private lake and dock, an outdoor heated saltwater pool and pool house, a half-court basketball area, a game room, a gym, a steam shower, and a home theater.
The home also includes multiple basements, each featuring a full kitchen. Anderson stated, “The property itself is so professionally maintained. It can appeal to so many different people.”
The seven teams Howard played for include the Atlanta Hawks, the Charlotte Hornets, the Houston Rockets, the Los Angeles Lakers, the Orlando Magic, the Philadelphia 76ers, and the Washington Wizards. He attended Southwest Atlanta Christian Academy, skipped the college experience entirely, and entered the NBA draft in 2004; the Orlando Magic chose him first overall.
