FULTON COUNTY, Ga. – This year’s White and Gold Game will take place at Atlanta’s Hyundai Field at Bobby Dodd Stadium on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 1:00 PM ET. The historic annual spring game between Team Swarm on the home side and Team Wreck ‘Em on the visitors’ side, comprised of Georgia Tech football players, offers free admission and will be aired on ESPN+ and ACC Network Extra.
Five athletes returning from last year’s matchup include running back Jamal Haynes, linebacker Kyle Efford, wide receiver Malik Rutherford, all-American guard Keylan Rutledge, and defensive tackle Jordan van den Berg. Two of the school’s top-performing quarterbacks, senior Haynes King and freshman Aaron Philo will also take the field.
The game, presented by Renasant, is the result of a season of practicing that begins on March 4 and is the opener in a double-header series. A game between Georgia Tech baseball and Cal begins at Mac Nease Baseball Park at 4:00 PM.
Experts explained that the Yellow Jackets’ 2025 schedule appears less rigorous than previous years, with the players facing only two teams, Clemson and Georgia, likely to begin the season ranked. Notable schools left off their schedule include Miami, Notre Dame, and SMU.
