On Saturday, August 08, 2026, at approximately 5:00pm, Officer M. Pitts responded to 3232 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, Ga Fulton County (Marshalls), and spoke with [REDACTED], Organize Retail investigator related to a shoplifting incident in progress.

Officer M. Pitts arrived on scene and stopped the suspect vehicle; a black Cadillac Escalade bearing (GA Tag [REDACTED]) and took the female driver into custody. The female was later identified as Ms. Omatseye Diden.

I responded to the scene and assisted the officers with the field investigation. Pursuant to a search incident to arrest, I inventoried the vehicle and located additional clothing on the rear right passenger seat, including clothing with tags still attached. I also located several cold produce items on the rear floorboard.

Officer Anderson (unit#3287) contacted Labels Resale Boutique and provided two tag numbers for the items in question. The store advised that the items were stolen, as they were still listed in their inventory.

Ms. Omatseye Diden was read her Miranda Rights and agreed tc speak with me. I asked her about the clothing with tags located in the vehicle, not inside of a shopping bag and she stated she purchased them and had a receipt for them. I also asked her about the black YSL bag located in the vehicle and she stated she has purchased the bag from a pawn store called Jerry’s Pawn.

I relocated to Labels Resale Boutique located at 3235 Paces Ferry Pl and returned the stolen items. attempted to obtain video footage, but the manager was not on scene. She was provided description of the female and advised she would provide the video once she was able to review the cameras. The store provided me with an itemized list of the stolen items.

On Monday, August 10, 2026, at approximately 1:30pm, I was emailed the video evidence from Labels Resale Boutique.

I reviewed the video footage and observed Ms. Omatseye Diden in the store on Saturday, August 08, 2026, at approximately 4:00pm, with her face uncovered, wearing a black shirt, black jeans, and brown sandals, carrying a black oversized Victoria Secret tote bag walking through the store looking at different dresses. Ms. Diden begins selecting dresses from different clothing racks and then walks into the fitting room and remains inside for few a seconds. When she exits the fitting room for the first time, she does not walk out with the same number of dresses she walked in with. Ms. Diden is caught doing this two times. Ms. Diden concealed the dresses while she was inside of the fitting room.
