On June 29, 2026 I, Lieutenant Hefner, was dispatched to [500 BLOCK] Tower Road Inside Gilmer county in reference to a stalking call. Dispatch advised that the caller had found a Air Tag on her vehicle and wanted to make a report, I responded code one (no lights or sirens) and arrived at approximately 2055 hours.
Upon my arrival I met the caller [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in the driveway beside her Hyundai elantra. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was holding an apple air tag in her hand and stated that she had recieved a notification on her phone that she was being tracked. I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] when she recieved this message the first time and she stated approximately a year and a half ago and that it has been ongoing. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that the notification comes and goes and that after it went off this date she looked around her vehicle and located it under the rear bumper, attatched by a piece of rubber taping. I placed a phone call to Detective Henson and Detective Farnham who stated to collect the air pod and place it into evidence (reciept # 13171).
I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if she has had issues with anyone and she stated no, I then asked if she had issues a year and a half ago when she first recieved a notificaton and she stated that she had loaned the car out to a friend around the same time. I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if she still has contact with the friend she stated that she goes to church with him and had seen him last on 6/28/2026. I asked who the subject was and she stated that his name is Pascual Eliseo Pascual Gaspar and he owns a painting/ landscaping company. I inquired as to the relationship between her and Eliseo and she stated that she and him had been “on again, off again” romantically speaking. I then asked if she wanted to press any charges if it was Eliseo or anyone else and she stated yes.
I explained to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] how to optain a TPO and gave her a victims information pamphlet. I took the air pod and logged it into evidence (13171).
