[NARRATIVE #1 on June 12, 2026]
I Officer Smith on 06/12/2026 responded to 1821 Glynn Avenue (McDonalds) in reference to a problem person.
Upon arrival, I made contact with officers who had Alexis Williams (Offender) detained outside of this location standing by a Black Nissan Sentra.
Officer Lovett #491 Requested that I issue a CTW for Ms. Williams from this location at the request of the manager of McDonalds. After Issuing Ms. Williams a CTW, I then stood by until Ms. [REDACTED] arrived on scene to drive Ms. Williams Nissan Sentra and children home due to Ms. Williams being arrested. Ms. Williams children and vehicle were released to Ms. [REDACTED] at the request of Ms. Williams.

[NARRATIVE #2 on June 12, 2026]
I Officer Sullivan responded to 1821 Glynn Ave (McDonalds) in reference to a Problem Person.
Prior to this event Jerelle Williamson an employee of the store had been arrested in relation to a separate assault incident, Ref (26BP15847). The victim of the assault is related to Alexxis Williams the offender in this event. I arrived on scene and entered the main dinning area. I could hear the Ms. Williams yelling and using profanity as she began to exit the building from the side entrance. Other officers arrived on scene to remain with Ms. Williams while I spoke with witness.
I spoke with the caller and manager of the McDonalds [WITNESS #1]. She advised Ms. Williams had called Mr. Williamson making threats over the phone. Mr. Williamson advised Ms. [WITNESS #1] of the threats. Ms. [WITNESS #1] had advised him to remain in the back of the cooking area and not speak with Ms. Williams. Ms. Williams soon arrived at the location and began yelling making threats and using profanity in front of children in the dinning area. Ms. [WITNESS #1] advised Ms. Williams as saying, run his PS outside. This was understood by Mr. [WITNESS #1] as Ms. Williams wanting to start a physical altercation with Mr. Williamson. Ms. [WITNESS #1] advised she did not see if Mr. Williamson and Ms. Williams had seen each other at any point.
I spoke to Mr. Williamson. He advised he had remained in the back of the store and was able to hear. Ms. Williams yelling. He did not directly hear any threats that Ms. Williams had made.
I spoke to a witness in the dinning area [WITNESS #2]. She had been eating food with her two sons [REDACTED], 9 years old and [REDACTED] 8 years old. Ms. [WITNESS #2] advised both her sons had been present during the event and could hear the profane language used by Ms. Williams. Ms. [WITNESS #2] also advised her sons had been scared due to the disturbance caused by Ms. Williams. Ms. [WITNESS #2] advised Ms. Williams as stating “I’m the f*cking aunt.” Ms. [WITNESS #2] also advised Ms. Williams had made statements understood to be Ms. Williams wanting to fight. Ms. [WITNESS #2] could not recall any direct quotes Ms. Williams had made.
Arrangement had been made for Ms. Williams vehicle and children to be released to the care [REDACTED].
I placed Ms. Williams under arrest. I placed her into handcuffs that had been double locked and checked for proper fit.
While walking Ms. Williams to my patrol car she advised me, “I still need that from him.” The term ‘I need that’ is used in the area as slang for wanting to have a physical altercation. Ms. Williams was advising me she still had the intention to start a physical fight with Mr. Williamson.
I conducted a search of Ms. Williams person while Ofc Lovett stood near reading a Miranda Warning to Ms. Williams. I did not locate any contraband during the search. Ms. Williams also confirmed she under stood her rights out lines in the Miranda Warning. I asked Ms. Williams what she had come up to McDonalds to do. Ms. Williams replied she had come up to get something to eat and Mr. Williamson began threating her.
I transported Ms. Williams to the Glynn County Detention Center. She was booked in on the charge of Disorderly Conduct OCGA 16-11-39(a) (3) and released to detention center staff.
