On the above date and time, I, Officer Acevedo, responded to [1100 BLOCK] G Street in reference to a problem person.
Throughout the night, the same caller had called multiple times. At 1935 hours, the caller from [REDACTED] could not be determined to be in an emergency. Officers drove around the area but did not see an emergency. At 2035 hours, the same number called. I made contact with the caller, who stated that someone was trying to break down the door and that he could not see who it was. There was no evidence of a crime having occurred. At 2201, we do not know who called, but the address was the same as the other calls. The caller was not responding to the interpreter and could only be heard mumbling.
At 2217 hours, the same number called the call taker, but the interpreter could not understand the caller. At 0359 hours, the same number called 911. They stated that he needed police because someone was outside. The caller called from the 911 line. I was on Norwich Street by F Street when the call came out.
When I arrived, I did not see anyone outside the house. I then talked to the male, Arnol Eusebio Garay Ferrera. He said that his nephews brought someone to the house and tried to open his door. There was no evidence of a crime having occurred. Throughout the calls, Arnol advised that he was drinking.
On 11/19/2025 at 2158, I responded to the same address for the same complaints. On the call, [REDACTED] was there and came out to talk to us. On the call, Sgt. Wilson had to push Arnol onto the porch because he was yelling at [REDACTED] and trying to walk up to him.
After the call at 0359, I parked at Adams Meat Market, which is located right across the street from [1100 BLOCK] G Street. I observed the male walking around the house with his flashlight. After some time had passed, the male walked around the house at a fast pace, shirtless, to the left side of the house, where there is another entrance. The male then walks back to the front of the house and knocks on the front door. I advised dispatch that I was back out at the address due to Arnol looking to try to confront the other occupants of the house. When I arrived, I lost sight of him.
While looking for Arnol, Dispatch advised that they had received a call for [1100 BLOCK] G Street. The caller, [REDACTED], stated that his uncle had a knife and that his uncle, Arnol, was outside on the porch. Arnol came to the front of the house, and I did not observe a knife. I did see a phone in his hand.
I talk to [REDACTED]. He said that Arnol was outside his window with a knife and tapping at the window. I asked him if he saw a knife, and he said he thought it was one. While talking to [REDACTED], I had to advise him to be quiet. He also had to be pushed back by Officer Lovett after arguing with [REDACTED] and trying to walk up to him. Officer Lovett pushed him back after he again argued with [REDACTED] and tried to walk up to him.
I then talked to Arnol, who said there was another male in the back of the house who had gone inside. While talking to Arnol, [REDACTED] kept arguing with him and calling him a “Puto” loudly. I had to push back Arnol twice when he tried to walk up to [REDACTED]. After the second time pushing back Arnol, I detained him. I place him in handcuffs, double-locked and checked for fit. I take him to my patrol vehicle and lean him against the car.
I then advised dispatch to change ‘detained’ to ‘arrest’. I searched Arnol incident to arrest. I transported Arnol to the Southeast Georgia Health System Hospital for jail clearance due to his drinking through the night and his knowledge of using narcotics. I then transported Arnol to the Glynn County Detention Center, where an arrest and booking were completed. Arnol was transferred over to jail staff for further booking.
