On the above date and time I was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Glynnvilla in reference to a stabbing.

When I arrived I saw a woman who was later identified as Barbra Warren laying in the middle of the road with blood on her. When I got to Ms. Warren she advised that he was on top of me so she stabbed him. I saw other Officers rendering aid to a male who was later identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that was laying on the ground.

When I made it to the other Officers I could see a large pool of blood underneath [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I went to get gauze out of the back of my patrol car. While passing the Officer that was with Ms. Warren I advised him to detain Ms. Warren. When I made it back to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] I packed his wound and applied pressure to the wound. Paramedics arrived on scene and advised me to hold pressure on the wound. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was then loaded onto the stretcher and placed into the back of the ambulance.

I went to the hospital with the paramedics. When we arrived at the hospital the doctor pronounced [REDACTED BY AGENCY] deceased at 0048 hours.

The case was turned over to CID.
