On the above date and time I responded to 300 Cary St. Rm. [REDACTED] (Suburban Studios) in reference to a damage to property.

While en route to a call for damage to property at 300 Cary St., Rm. [REDACTED] (Suburban Studios), I observed a black male, later identified as Christopher Williams, loudly yelling at a black female near 300 Cary St., Rm. [REDACTED] (Suburban Studios). Upon observing Williams yelling at residents on the property, I asked Williams and the residents at that location if everything was all right while I was still in my patrol vehicle. Williams ignored me, and I stopped beside him at 300 Cary St., Rm. [REDACTED].

Due to Williams’s boisterous behavior and vulgar remarks toward the other residents, I diverted from my original call to make contact with Williams and investigate this incident. Williams continued to aggressively yell obscenities at residents of Suburban Studios. Williams was uncooperative when Ofc. Wooten and I attempted to investigate this incident, and he continued to walk toward other residents to yell vulgarities after I had already separated him from them.

Some of the obscenities Williams yelled during this incident are as follows:

“Whoever want it. Whoever want it nig*a whoever want it nig*a.”

“Nah, I’m ready to fight me a nig*a. That’s what I’m ready to do. That’s what I’m ready to do.”

“I wreck your bit*h a*s out.”

“Gimme a one-on-one with this pus*y nig*a then that’s what you do. I beat the fu*k out you.”

“Think I’m scared of jail nig*a. I don’t care about none of that nig*a.”

After multiple attempts to speak with Williams about this incident, he continued this behavior and had to be physically restrained from moving closer to other residents. I placed Williams under arrest for disorderly conduct. Williams was searched incident to arrest. Nothing of evidentiary value was found. Williams was transported from the scene to the Glynn County Detention Center. Upon arrival at the Glynn County Detention Center, a Glynn County Detention Center Arrest and Booking Information Sheet was completed to be uploaded to Evidence.com.

A warrant for Williams’s arrest was completed.
