[NARRATIVE #1 on March 08, 2025]
I OFC. BROOKS #476 arrived at the Georgia Southern Reginal Hospital in reference to a cardiac arrest.
Upon arrival I made contact with my immediate supervisor SGT. Hurst, he advised me he responded to [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] Brooklyn homes, I was advised the call came out as a cardiac arrest but when himself and fellow units responded, there was a juvenile who was not responding. The (Parent) Donnisha Dixon arrived shortly after I did.

[NARRATIVE #2 on March 08, 2025]
On March 8, 2025, at or about 1406 hrs., I responded to [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] Brooklyn Homes South in reference to an unresponsive child.
Upon my arrival, Sgt. A. Hurst was on scene along with Ofc. R. Sullivan and Pfc. M. Saint Louis. I was advised that Sullivan and Saint Louis were both locking down the house due to the suspicious nature of the incident. I was advised that Sgt. Hurst was contacting the On-Call CID. I notified Captain M. Wilson of the situation and stayed on-scene while Sgt. Hurst and Ofc. Brooks went to the hospital to meet EMS.
Later, it was requested that the mother respond to the hospital. I went and made the request to her while she was still at the residence with the other juvenile children. A good Samaritan neighbor offered to watch the children until a family member could come to take custody of the children. The mother advised that she did not have a ride to the hospital. I then transported the mother to the hospital and placed her in the Family/Consultation room.
While at the hospital, Ofc. Brooks advised me of what he found out (see Ofc. Brooks’ narrative). Shortly after, I responded back to the scene and assisted with maintaining the lockdown until it was released by Lt. T. Daniels. Once the scene was released, I departed the scene.

[NARRATIVE #3 on December 17, 2025]
On the above date I OFC BROOKS, and other officers arrived at [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] Brooklyn Homes in reference to serving a warrant.
Upon arrival, I made contact with Donnisha Dixon in the front of her residence. I informed her she has a warrant for Cruelty to Children 1st. Her hands was then placed into handcuffs double locked, searched and secured in the back of my patrol car. She left one of the kids in the house with her fiance, and which she was ok with it. I transported her to the Glynn County Detention Center to be booked and process. She will be removed from NCIC/GCIC as a wanted person.
