On 07/14/2026 at approximately 0049 hours I was patrolling the area of 450 Warren Mason BLVD (One Way motel) when I located an individual rolling around on the ground in the parking lot of the establishment. As I got closer to the individual I activated my spotlights on my patrol vehicle, rolled down my window and addressed the individual. When I did this I saw a naked female turn her head and look at me before running back towards the building.

When I got closer I saw the naked white female sitting on a wooden pallet next to a black male. I asked what was going on and further asked why she was naked. The female who identified herself as 44-year-old Elisa Ammons explained that she was doing yoga and she was naked so that her clothes did not get dirty. I could see Ms. Ammon’s clothes draped across the dirt just next to the area where she was performing her yoga demonstration. I instructed Ms. Ammons to put her clothes back on so I could continue speaking with her about the incident.

I asked the male for his identification to which he informed me he did not have his ID on him, stating it was left with his girlfriend at Waffle House. He stated his name was Jamine Patterson and his birth date was [REDACTED BY AGENCY] 1985. When I ran this information in GCIC/NCIC I could not find him in the system. He had informed me that he had previously been arrested in Glynn County, which means he should have had a profile in our system.

I asked Mr. Patterson multiple times to clarify his information and each time he told me the same thing. At one point in the conversation he stated his name was Jermaine however, he continued to spell it “Jamine”. As other officers arrived on scene, I continued looking in our system in attempts to retrieve Mr. Patterson’s real information. While doing this, he continued to slowly move away from my patrol vehicle.

Ofc. Kiser #148 advised me of an individual named Larry Patterson, which is who he believed Mr. Patterson to be. I went back over to Mr. Patterson and asked about his middle name and social security number. He informed me that he did not know his social security number and did not have a middle name. I returned back to my patrol vehicle and pulled up a picture of Larry Patterson. Ofc. Parke #147 and Ofc. Jones #213 compared the picture to the individual and agreed that they were a match.

When Ofc. Jones moved in to make the arrest, Mr. Patterson attempted to run away from him. Ofc. Jones and Ofc. Parke caught Mr. Patterson and placed him under arrest. It was at this point that he admitted that he had lied about his identification, informing me that he had his wallet on him this entire time. Mr. Patterson refrained from telling me his real name and date of birth because he believed he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

While conducting a search incident to arrest, a small white coin pouch was located in his pants pocket. Inside this pouch I located two pipes, a straw and aluminum foil. I mirandized Mr. Patterson and asked him about the purposes of these objects. He informed me that he used these objects for his personal consumption of methamphetamines and marijuana.

Once I concluded speaking to Mr. Patterson, I returned over to Ms. Ammons. I instructed her to stand up and placed her under arrest for public indecency. Both individuals were issued criminal trespass warnings and informed of the repercussions if they return onto the property. I transported Mr. Patterson to the county detention center where he was transferred to their custody.

Violator arrested for what offense:

• Possession of drug related objects (O.C.G.A 16-13-32.2)
• Giving a false name (O.C.G.A 16-10-25)
• Obstruction of law enforcement (O.C.G.A 16-10-24)
