On the above date and time I responded to a 116 Gateway Center Blvd; Residence Inn in reference to a fight.
Daniels stated the group had been consuming alcoholic beverages and socializing by the pool together when Walker became aggressive and began biting and scratching her, which escalated into a physical altercation. Ofc. Labruzzo and I observed redness, a possible bite mark, and scratches on this party. Daniels stated Walker initiated the physical altercation.
When I spoke with Walker, she claimed she had not been fighting or drinking. Walker appeared to be intoxicated due to her slurred speech, difficulty following simple instructions, and the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from her breath.
Walker displayed numerous visible injuries, including scratches throughout her chest and an apparent eye injury that showed red spots on the sclera and black bruising around the eye. Walker’s wig was not flush on her head, and clumps of hair were on the ground behind her. She repeatedly denied being involved in a fight, declined medical assistance/an ambulance, and was uncooperative.
A male associate, identified as [REDACTED], stated he was the fiancé of the parties and advised that he did not want to be a part of this case. He was advised that he was required to identify himself and provide basic information such as his address, date of birth, and phone number. [REDACTED] was cooperative and left the scene after I gathered his information.
Both females were handcuffed and taken into custody for affray. Walker was to be transported to the hospital for medical evaluation by Ofc. Labruzzo, and Daniels was transported by Ofc. Wooten and myself. A search was not conducted on either female, as both were wearing two-piece bikinis.
Once Ofc. Wooten and I arrived at the Glynn County Detention Center, I completed a Glynn County Arrest and Booking form, uploaded it to Evidence.com, and relinquished custody of Daniels to the jail staff.
