On Sunday August 16 2026 I responded to 6900 Buc-ee’s Boulevard in reference to a problem person.

Upon my arrival, I spoke with a manager at Buc-ee’s. [WITNESS #1] stated that a female pulled her pants down and urinated in the middle of the aisle. In the state of Georgia a person commits the offense of OCGA 16-7-21 Criminal Trespass when he or she intentionally damages any property of another without consent of that other person and the damage there to is $500.00 or less or knowingly and maliciously interferes with the possession or use of the property of another person without consent of that person. In the state of Georgia a person commits the offense of OCGA 16-6-8 Public Indecency when he or she performs any of the following acts in a public place; a lewd exposure of the sexual organs or a lewd appearance in a state of partial or complete nudity.

The manager, identified as [WITNESS #1] ==([REDACTED BY AGENCY]/1993) stated that the Suspect was inside the store standing with another manager by the soda fountain machine. I made contact with the Suspect identified as Jennifer Hanigan (DOB [REDACTED BY AGENCY]/1962). I asked Jennifer about urinating in the middle of the store and she stated that she has irritable bowel syndrome and can’t control “either end”. She stated that she “had to go” and “did not feel like waiting in line” so she pulled down her pants and urinated in the middle of the aisle. The manager provided a list of items damaged by Jennifer. The manager also provided a diskcard containing video footage of Jennifer urinating in the middle of the aisle.

• 3 Buc-ee’s Scrunch Apricot 5.98 USD
• 3 Buc-ee’s Scrunch Brush AO 5.98 USD
• 1 Buc-ee’s Med Bow Apricot 6.98 USD
• 1 Buc-ee’s 3 Pack Hair Rings H 5.98 USD
• 2 Buc-ee’s Bow Med Rainbow 13.96 USD

The total amount of damaged goods is 182.40 USD

I told Jennifer to turn around and place her hands behind her back and that she was under arrest for Public Indecency. Jennifer complied and she was put in handcuffs at 1429hrs. I transported her to the vehicle but I did not conduct a search due to her being a female and wearing clothes that were relatively conformed to her body. I transported her to the Glynn County Detention Center where I transferred custody to jail staff.
