[NARRATIVE #1 on January 17, 2026]
On the above date and time I was dispatched to [REDACTED] in reference to a damage to property.
When I arrived I was unable to locate the caller, who was located at Brooklyn Homes Apartments. The was identified as Jennifer Taylor and I asked her to explain what happened. Ms. Taylor advised the following. While headed East on O St. there was a group of juveniles that was stand on the corner of the street. When she was coming to the intersection of O St. & Stonewall St. she saw one of the juveniles throw a rock that struck her vehicle. When this happened she tried to confront the juveniles about throwing the rock and they all ran on foot away from her. She was able to locate the juveniles at Brooklyn Homes and waited there till law enforcement arrived.
I asked Ms. Taylor where the rock struck her vehicle. Ms. Taylor advised that it struck the top of her vehicle. When I looked at her vehicle there was no visible signs of damage to the vehicle. I asked Ms. Taylor if she wanted a report done. Ms. Taylor advised that she did want a report done and she wanted to press charges. I gave Ms. Taylor a case card and advised her how to obtain a copy of the report.
After Ms. Taylor left the scene the juveniles advised that Ms. Taylor chased them in her vehicle and grabbed one of the juveniles by the collar of his sweatshirt. While speaking with the juvenile he appeared to visibly upset about the situation.
I spoke with the CAPAC Officer and asked her to review camera footage of the incident. The CAPAC Officer was able to locate the video of the incident and sent me a copy of it. It shows Ms. Taylor driving through two public housing apartments Brooklyn Homes that is only intended for foot traffic, chasing a juvenile wearing a black hoodie and black pants in her vehicle. After she chased the juvenile you can see her park in the parking lot and not move.
Warrants pending for cruelty to children in the 1st, simple battery and, reckless conduct.

[NARRATIVE #2 on January 18, 2026]
On 01/18/2026 at approximately 0909 hours Dispatched advise me that Jennifer Taylor wanted a follow up in reference to her case.
While speaking with Ms. Taylor she advised that she did follow the juvenile in her vehicle and that she did put her hands on the juvenile. Ms. Taylor advised that she only put her hand on his hood and when he went to pull away she let go and he ran off. Ms. Taylor advised that she then began to follow the juvenile in her vehicle.

[NARRATIVE #3 on August 13, 2026]
On Thursday, August 13, 2026, at approximately 0940 hours, I, Officer LeMay (#470), was dispatched to the intersection of 9th Street and Norwich Street to serve outstanding Brunswick warrants.
Upon arrival, I contacted the suspect, Jennifer Taylor. I placed Taylor under arrest on warrants for reckless conduct, cruelty to children in the first degree, and simple battery. I searched Taylor incident with the back of my hand, handcuffed her with her hands behind her back, double-locked the handcuffs, and checked them for proper fit.
I transported Taylor in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle to the Glynn County Detention Center. Upon arrival, I read all three warrants to Taylor. She acknowledged the warrants and stated that she understood them. I completed the ABIS process and released Taylor into the custody of Glynn County Jail personnel.
GCIC and NCIC removal is required at this time.
