On 10/03/2025 at 6:24 a. m. I was dispatched to the area of GA Spur 25 and GA 303 in reference to a Hit & Run Accident. The complainant, [VICTIM #1], said he moved out of the roadway and would meet me at 3411 Cypress Mill Road, Grandy’s.

Upon my arrival I noticed significant passenger side damage to [VICTIM #1]’s green in color 2024 Honda HR-V [GA License Plate: [REDACTED]]. [VICTIM #1] said he was driving East on GA 303 approaching the intersection of GA Spur 25. [VICTIM #1] said a Red/Orange in color Kia Soul drove onto GA 303 from Carteret Road side swiping into his Honda. [VICTIM #1] said a white male initially pulled over in the Kia Soul and exited the vehicle. [VICTIM #1] said the offender initially requested to sort the accident out without police involvement. [VICTIM #1] said whenever he mentioned involving the police the offender got back into his Kia Soul and drove away North on GA Spur 25. [VICTIM #1] could not provide me a better description of the Offender.

[VICTIM #1] said he initially followed the Kia Soul but was told to discontinue by 911 dispatchers. [VICTIM #1] said he could not remember the license plate to the Kia Soul. I noticed Orange/Red paint exchange on the passenger side of [VICTIM #1]’s Honda. I took several photographs of the damage to [VICTIM #1]’s damage. [VICTIM #1] said he would like to pursue criminal charges against the offender if he is identified. I gave [VICTIM #1] a case card with this case number and told him I would document this incident.

I conducted a Flock search of the vehicle but was unsuccessful at locating the vehicle.

I have uploaded all Axon video files and photographs to Evidence.com. I will later conduct a follow up at 3245 Cypress Mill Road, Shell Gas Station, for any video footage of this incident.
