On 06/11/2026 at approximately 1308 hours I responded to 3215 Shrine Road (Safe Harbor) in reference to a sex offense.

Upon arrival, I spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who wished to report a sex offense. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she arrived at her child’s father’s apartment [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to have intercourse with her child’s father (Justin Dudley). Justin had contacted [REDACTED BY AGENCY] the night prior and ask her to come to his apartment for intercourse, but [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stayed home.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] arrived at Justin’s residence at approximately 0845 hours. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she was not alarmed by anything in Justin’s demeanor and stated everything was normal. When [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and Justin started having intercourse Justin had no condom on and he was on top of [REDACTED]. Justin then slapped [REDACTED BY AGENCY] three times in the face and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] asked him to stop hitting her.

Justin flipped [REDACTED BY AGENCY] on her stomach and pushed her onto the bed. Justin then stated “We talked about this before”. Justin then took his pe*is and penetrated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] an*l cavity without a condom on. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] began screaming while Justin was pinning her down. Justin then clasped his hands around [REDACTED BY AGENCY] mouth preventing her from making noise. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told Justin to get off of her and once Justin let her go [REDACTED BY AGENCY] went to the bathroom. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Justin did not say anything to her before she went into the bathroom.

Once [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was inside the bathroom she locked the door and figured out what to do next. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] eventually decided to leave Justin’s apartment and return home. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] returned home and called her mother. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] mother instructed her to go to the emergency room immediately.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] also stated during the interview her and Justin had previously talked about an*l sex, but she denied ever wanting to perform an*l sex. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she felt as if Justin was raping her because she never gave consent for him to perform the act. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also stated she unsure if Justin ejaculated in her due to her immediately getting up and going to the bathroom.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated her and Justin had never had “rough sex” before. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also stated she did not change from her clothes she wore to Justin’s residence. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she could not remember Justin’s apartment number exactly.

I then contact Sgt. R. Hall (#210) and briefed him on the incident. Sgt. Hall instructed me to inform [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and the victim’s advocates with her detectives from the GCPD Major Crimes Unit would be contacting her.

The Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) informed me they would begin the exam on [REDACTED BY AGENCY] shortly. I went to the main office of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to determine where Justin lived. The front desk associate informed me Justin lived at [REDACTED BY AGENCY].
