On 06/15/2025 at 11:19 p.m. I was dispatched to [500 BLOCK] Touchstone Parkway in reference to a motor vehicle accident with injuries.

Upon my arrival, I discovered a yellow in color Acura TSX [GA License Plate: [REDACTED]] totaled on it’s side in front of [500 BLOCK] Touchestone Parkway. I discovered a destroyed mailbox in front of [500 BLOCK] Touchstone Parkway and a destroyed fence in front of [500 BLOCK] Touchestone Parkway. The driver of the vehicle and any passengers were not on scene. I conducted a search of the area in case there was an ejection from the Acura. Neither the driver or any passengers were located.

At this time I spoke with three witnesses that saw the collision, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], [WITNESS #1] and [WITNESS #2]. [WITNESS #2] said she was driving North on Touchstone Parkway approaching Valerie Drive. [WITNESS #2] said she was driving behind a red vehicle, later determined to be a red in color Chrysler 300 driven by [WITNESS #3]. [WITNESS #2] said the Acura attempted to overtake her vehicle, [WITNESS #1]’s vehicle behind her and [WITNESS #3]’s vehicle in front of her.

[WITNESS #2] said while the vehicle was overtaking her at a high rate of speed the driver lost control of the vehicle. [WITNESS #2] said the Acura drove off of the road into the front yard of [500 BLOCK] Touchstone Parkway and rolled the vehicle into the front yard of [500 BLOCK] Touchstone Parkway.

[WITNESS #2] said she saw two black males at the Acura. [WITNESS #2] said she saw one black male exiting the vehicle. [WITNESS #2] said she could not tell if the other black male was also in the vehicle or was helping the driver exit the vehicle. [WITNESS #2] said she saw one black male enter the passenger seat of the red in color Chrysler 300 in front of her. [WITNESS #2] said the Chrysler sped away from the scene. [WITNESS #1] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] corroborated this statement saying they did not know if there was 2 males exiting the Acura or if it was the driver of the red Chrysler helping the Acura driver exit the vehicle.

At this time I searched the Acura’s license plate through service. The registered owner of the Acura is [REDACTED]. I smelled a strong odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. I noticed a small clear plastic bag of Marijuana in the passenger side floor board of the Acura. I seized the Marijuana, later weighed it at 19.5 Grams and submitted it into G.C.P.D. Evidence.

I conducted a search of the vehicle. I discovered multiple employee ID’s belonging to Preston Robinson. I found two traffic citations addressed to Preston Robinson and the Acura, one for reckless driving, one for speeding. I did not see any blood inside the Acura from any occupants. I noticed that both the driver and passenger seatbelts were locked into place meaning they were not being used during the collision.

At this time I requested a rotational tow for the vehicle. Modern Mechanics arrived and retrieved the vehicle. Officer Holt #129 made contact with the resident of [500 BLOCK] Touchstone Parkway to assess their mailbox damage. I attempted to make contact with the resident of [500 BLOCK] Touchstone Parkway, later identified as [VICTIM #1], to obtain video camera footage of the collision. I later discovered [VICTIM #1] was on vacation outside of the country. [VICTIM #1] would not be able to access the video footage until he returned later in the week. I will conduct a follow up in reference to [VICTIM #1]’s video footage. I left a case card with this case number on [VICTIM #1]’s door.

While on scene dispatch received a phone call in regards to this collision from [WITNESS #3]. [WITNESS #3] only told dispatch there was a collision and he was on the way to the hospital. Southeast Georgia Health System Emergency Room never received anyone from this motor vehicle accident. Officers went to [200 BLOCK] Juliette Circle to attempt contact with [WITNESS #3] and the driver of the vehicle, later determined to be Preston Robinson. Officers were unable to make contact with [WITNESS #3].

I have completed the involvement tabs, property tabs and vehicle tab. I have uploaded all Axon video files to Evidence.com. I have uploaded multiple photos of the collision, property damage and recovered items from the Acura, including the Marijuana, to Evidence.com. I will later conduct follow ups with [VICTIM #1], [WITNESS #3] and [REDACTED] in regards to this collision. A GEARS report will also be completed for this collision. This report has been validated.
