[NARRATIVE #1 on September 23, 2023]
On the above date I responded to the 1800 Blk of Tillman Ave. in reference to a shots fired call. While I was in route to the this location I was advised that there were two vehicles exchanging gunfire at one another. Upon arrival myself and other officers began to search the area for a victim, witnesses or property damage. While conducting a sweep of the area Ms. [WITNESS #1] approached officers in her vehicle and stated that she had been in the nearby park posting signs for an upcoming event and heard around 3 shots and the sound of glass breaking before observing two vehicles leave the area quickly to what seemed to her one vehicle pursuing the other. Upon Ms. [WITNESS #1] information 1 9mm shell casing and what appeared to be glass from a vehicle was located on the 2000 Blk of H St. A perimeter was set up and officers continued to look for shell casings and evidence. The one shell casing and a piece of the glass was collected for evidence.
While I was still on scene I was notified by dispatch the victim of the shooting was at [200 BLOCK] Mansfield st. wanting to report that he had just been shot at. Upon my arrival I came in conatct with a male later identified as [VICTIM #1] who stated that his girlfriends brother had just shot at him. Mr. [VICTIM #1] arrived in a tan in color Lincoln sedan that had the rear passenger side window shot out. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that he had had disagreement with his girlfriend over her allowing her child to smoke marijuana while still attending school. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that His girlfriend keonisha Campbell and her son Jontrell Campbell both assaulted Mr. [VICTIM #1]. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that he was able to leave the house and shortly after while he was traveling down L st. Keonisha Campbell and Tyrone Lee, Ms. Campbells Brother followed him in a silver Chevy truck and Tyronne lee shot at him. Mr. [VICTIM #1] expressed how concerned he was because where the bullets had come through is where his young son would be sitting. I observed the broken window of the vehicle and in plain view observed several bullet holes in the driver seat and driver side rear door. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated that he observed Tyrone Lee drive away towards the Dixville area and he knew that his girlfriend stayed in the area.
While officers patroled the area a silver truck matching the description Mr. [VICTIM #1] had given was found parked in the front yard of [1400 BLOCK] Amherst St. Contact was made with the resident of the home [WITNESS #2] who stated that she was Mr. Lees girlfriend and when asked if she knew where he was Ms. [WITNESS #2] advised that she had not seen him in about a hour. Ms. [WITNESS #2] allowed myself and other officers to search the residence and property for Mr. Lee. Ms. [WITNESS #2] stated that she did not know who the silver Chevy Silverado belonged to and did not have the keys to it. The truck was towed to be processed for evidence.

[NARRATIVE #2 on September 23, 2023]
On the 23rd of September 2023, while working in the capacity of the on call Detective I received a call from Sergeant K. Sparks at 11:12 informing me of a shots fired call that had resulted in a occupied vehicle being struck. I was then informed that the driver/victim who has been identified as Mr. [VICTIM #1] had driven to [200 BLOCK] Mansfield Street.
Upon arriving at [200 BLOCK] Mansfield Street I observed a cream colored Lincoln Continental parking facing south in one of the parking spaces. The rear passenger window to the vehicle which had a light green tint to it had been shattered and there was glass on the inside of the vehicle on the seat and behind the passenger seat.
The victim Mr. [VICTIM #1] informed me that while at [20 BLOCK] Abbott Andrews apartments he along with his 4 year old child’s [JUVENILE #1] mother who has been identified as Keonisha Campbell and her 17 year son (Jontrell Campbell) had gotten in a verbal altercation that at some point turned physical, with Ms. Campbell as well as her 17 year old son attacking him. I noticed a scratch on the left side of the face of Mr. [VICTIM #1] which was photographed.
Mr. [VICTIM #1] informed me that he immediately left the residence after the physical altercation and then remembered he had left his money and his wallet at the residence of Ms. K. Campbell. Mr. [VICTIM #1] informed me that he returned to [20 BLOCK] Abbott Andrews to retrieve the items that belonged to at which point the brother of Ms. K. Campbell who has been identified as Mr. Tyrone M. Lee arrived on scene driving a silver Chevy Silverado and asked him if he had been fighting with Jontrell Campbell. Mr. [VICTIM #1] informed me that he then drove off with Mr. T. Lee in pursuit.
Mr. [VICTIM #1] informed me that just east of the intersection of Tillman avenue and “H” Street Mr. T. Lee drove up beside him on the passenger side of his [VICTIM #1] vehicle, struck his hand out the vehicle brandishing a weapon and fired into the vehicle being driven by Mr. [VICTIM #1] striking and shattering the rear passenger window of the vehicle being driven by Mr. [VICTIM #1]. Photographs were taken of the grassy area just east of the intersection of “H” Street and Tillman avenue were the incident occurred. (Note the glass found in the grass had a light green tint) While in the process of photographing the vehicle of Mr. [VICTIM #1] I observed a bullet hole in the right side of the front driver seat as well as finding shrapnel in the pouch behind the driver side seat.
Mr. [VICTIM #1] informed me that he was positive that it was Mr. T. Lee that was driving the silver Silverado and it was Mr. T. Lee that brandished a weapon and fired from the Silverado. Mr. [VICTIM #1] was adamant that there was no one inside the vehicle driven by Mr. T. Lee but Mr. T. Lee at the time of the assault. This information was provided by Mr. [VICTIM #1] during an audio and video recorded interview and the photographs of his injuries as well as his vehicle and the glass found just east of the intersection of “H” Street and Tillman avenue which matches that of his vehicle have been uploaded into Spillman as well as the working case file.

[NARRATIVE #4 on September 25, 2023]
On September 25, 2023, I was informed by Detective Anthony Trollinger of this incident occurring. He told me there was a Chevrolet pickup truck that was involved in this incident impounded at J & M Wrecker Service. He said this vehicle needed to be processed for latent prints.
Detective Trollinger said he was in the process of typing up a search warrant for the vehicle and would notify me when he had the search warrant signed by a judge.
At 1300 hrs I arrived at J & M Wrecker Service and found the vehicle that needed to be searched and processed for latent prints. The truck, a Chevrolet Silverado, Georgia tag #[REDACTED] was parked under an aluminum carport.
I took photos of this vehicle prior the arrival of Detective Trollinger. When he arrived he took photos of the vehicle and began searching the vehicle for possible evidence.
Once Detective Trollinger was finished searching the truck, I began processing it for latent prints of value. Areas dusted for prints were the interior rear view mirror, both front and back door exterior on both sides, interior door jambs, seat belt metal clips. I was only able to make four (4) lifts of partial fingerprints of value on the exterior of the driver’s door. These were duplicates of each other, in other words only two partial prints, dusted and lifted twice. Lift #3, a duplicate of lift #1 and lift #4, a duplicate of lift #2 were of better quality.
I secured from J & M Wrecker Service compound at 1430 hrs.
On September 26, 2023 I examined the lifts I had made and submitted the partial latent fingerprints of value to the FBI’s AFIS.
Lift #3, AFIS #1 is a partial latent fingerprint of a left loop pattern. Lift #4, AFIS #2 is also a partial latent fingerprint and also a left loop pattern.
While awaiting the job search responses from AFIS, I submitted the same two partial latent fingerprints to the departments AFIX Tracker System.
The results of the submission and search of latent prints in AFIX Tracker was no identifications were made to the ten (10) possible candidates, each print.
I received job search responses from the FBI’s AFIS. They were as follows:
Lift #3, AFIS #1, eleven (11) possible candidates, first one being a [WITNESS #2], FBI #465962KB6, her #7, left index finger: Individualization made.
Lift #4, AFIS #2, thirteen (13) possible candidates, first one being a [WITNESS #2], same FBI#, her #9 left ring finger: Individualization made.
There are no other latent prints of value that have not been identified.
Evidence turned over to Detective Trollinger on this same date.

[NARRATIVE #5 on October 31, 2023]
On the 31st of October 2023, [WITNESS #3] came to the Criminal investigations Division office for an audio and video recorded interview in reference to case #23BP24540. The interview was conducted inside interview room #105 by Detective A. Trollinger. The following is a synopsis of the interview, it is not a verbatim rendition of the interview.
Mr. [WITNESS #3] indicated that he did not have much information to provide in reference this incident other than he had allowed Tyrone Lee to borrow his vehicle some time ago. Mr. [WITNESS #3] indicated that he was not sure of the time line but Mr. Lewis had the vehicle for a while. Mr. [WITNESS #3] informed me that he only knew Mr. Lewis through some one else. Mr. [WITNESS #3] indicated that he only heard from the girlfriend of Mr. Lewis that there were felony warrants for Mr. Lewis. Mr. [WITNESS #3] was informed that the vehicle could be picked up from J&M towing but had incurred storing fees since it had been towed and processed. Mr. [WITNESS #3] informed me that he knew the vehicle had been towed but could not explain why the vehicle had not been picked up.
