[NARRATIVE #1 on March 22, 2026]
On Sunday, March 22, 2026, I, Officer LeMay (#470), was on duty when, at approximately 1413 hours, I was dispatched to a Shots fired at Brooklyn homes. While I arrived dispatch notified me there was a gunshot hole in [90 BLOCK] Brooklyn homes north.
I then secured the scene making sure no gunshots were going off at this time and no descriptions of the offenders were present.
Upon arrival at [90 BLOCK] Brooklyn Homes north, I viewed 3 shell casings to the right of the door. I then spoke with the owner of [90 BLOCK] Brooklyn Homes North who said she was sleeping and didn’t know what happened and she heard a knocking at the door. Upon inspection there was no holes or damage to the door but there was bullet damage to the awning.
I then secured the casings by placing a numbered marker on the floor. I placed 20 numbered markers on the floor on each different bullet casing that was found.
While I was looking for bullet casings I spoke with the residents of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Stonewall St. They stated they didn’t see anything at the time of the shots fired. I also spoke with the residents of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Stonewall St [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated they didn’t see anything. I also spoke with 4 males who were standing at the corner of the 2500 block of stonewall on the west side. They stated they didn’t see anything and were home at the time of the shots fired but heard it.
I viewed a black Hyundai with one bullet hole in the windshield. The vehicle had a license plate of [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I also viewed a vehicle with license plate [REDACTED BY AGENCY] with a bullet hole in the passenger side driver door. I also viewed a Toyota with license plate of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had bullet damage to the rear driver’s side window and the front passenger window.
I then was instructed to do scene protection and place police line tape up. While on scene protection I spoke with the homeowner of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Brooklyn Homes North who stated she saw one offender through her window shooting westbound of [90 BLOCK] Brooklyn homes but didn’t see anything else. She also had a door camera but said she didn’t have WIFI so it didn’t work.
When CID arrived I was instructed by DET. Howell to go and look at the property of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Lee St. I then found a BB gun next to a flipped over tub and on the O St side of the house. I then was instructed to take down the police line tape.
I then notified the owner of the 2012 Black Hyundai. She was identified as [VICTIM #1]. She was given a case card and advised remedies of the bullet holes.
The owners of the Kia and the owner of the Toyota have not been notified at this time and case cards have been left on the windshield wipers of each vehicle.

[NARRATIVE #2 on March 22, 2026]
On 03/22/2026 at approximately 1412 hours, dispatch advised of a shots fired call at Brooklyn Homes. While on the way to the location, dispatch advised of multiple callers and a white Jeep Cherokee was given as an alleged vehicle.
Upon arrival, it was advised by other officers on scene that shell casing were located in front of [90 BLOCK] Brooklyn Homes. As officers began speaking with alleged witness more information began coming out as well as other officers finding more shell casing around the north west two buildings. Three vehicles were also damaged in the “shoot out.” The following were the tag numbers from the damaged vehicles; GA: [REDACTED BY AGENCY] GA: [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and GA: [REDACTED BY AGENCY].
While on scene, Pfc. Jenkins came over the radio and advised that he had located shell casing at the intersection of N and Cleburne. Pfc. Jenkins also advised of the vehicle information in which witnesses on his scene has given out as a white SUV and a dark colored Buick. Due to Pfc. Jenkins being alone on his shooting scene, I proceeded to his location to assist. During this time, a white SUV “slow rolled” through the area and resembled the described shooters vehicle.
During this time, I proceeded behind the vehicle in patrol vehicle and initiated a traffic stop due to a stop sign violation GA: [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. The driver was identified however did not appear to be involved nor the vehicle. CID was notified by Lt. Hurst and was responding to the locations. Inv. Bradley shortly arrived on scene, processed, and released us. I then went back to the original location.
Video footage was obtained from CPAC Cpl. Wright, which the shooting was witnessed on. The information put out over the radio was that there were four shooters and two vehicles (3 shooters in one vehicle and 1 shooter in the other). It appeared that one vehicle was a dark colored Buick and a white Ford Escape. It should also be noted that a dark colored Buick had driven past the crime scene twice and during this time, myself and Pfc. Jenkins initiated a traffic stop on said vehicle GA: [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. The driver was identified however driver nor vehicle appeared to have any connection.
I then again arrived back on original location where CID was clearing up.

[NARRATIVE #3 on March 22, 2026]
On March 22, 2026, at approximately 1418 hours, I arrived on the scene of a reported shots-fired call in the area of [90 BLOCK] Brooklyn Homes.
Upon my arrival, officers were already checking the area for any of the involved parties and making contact with a residence that had shell casing and property damage. Several residents advised me that there were people shooting outside of apartment [REDACTED].
After the scene was secured, I began taking photos of the shell casing and property damage at apartment [REDACTED]. I continued to take photographs of all other discovered shell casings in the area and documented the damage to vehicles. Investigators with the Criminal Investigation Division were then requested, and I stopped taking photographs and began assisting in the search for damage and shell casing.
I observed approximately four additional shell casings in the surrounding area of a tree outside of apartment [REDACTED]. After placing placards, I continued to scan the area and found nothing of interest. Investigators then took over the scene, and I provided scene security until the scene was released by the primary investigator.

[NARRATIVE #4 on March 22, 2026]
On March 22, 2026, I (PFC K Jenkins #429) responded to the area of [90 BLOCK] Brooklyn Homes in reference to a shots fired call. Other officers arrived on scene and located shells casings near the area.
I continued to BOLO the area looking for additional information and suspects. (To note, P St is the north side entrance to Brooklyn Homes North). On the 1900 block of P St, I observed two older black males standing near the road way. I got out with them and they were identified as [WITNESS #1] and [WITNESS #2]. [WITNESS #1] lives at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Johnston St and he heard the shots coming from Brooklyn North. A white SUV, that looked like an “older model”, off-white FORD ESCAPE, was observed traveling east bound on P St. The vehicle appeared to have been occupied by four black males, with dreads, and three of them had pistols. The SUV turned south onto Cleburne St.
[WITNESS #2] lives at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Cleburne St and he observed the shooting right outside of his residence. He advised that a very dark blue or black BUICK sedan was shooting at a white FORD ESCAPE SUV. I left from P St and arrived on N St and Cleburne St. I made contact with the residents of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] N St. They advised they wanted to be anonymous but would volunteer information.
The complainant advised that she was exiting her vehicle when she heard gunshots going off. A black BUICK sedan was observed shooting at a white SUV that appeared to have been a FORD. The SUV was traveling south on Cleburne St, turned east onto N St, performed a U-turn, then turned back onto Cleburne St northbound. The sedan was traveling east on N St then turned south on to Cleburne St.
I began searching the intersection of Cleburne St and N St and located 3 shell casings in the roadway. The shell casings were 9 mm rounds. The casings were marked and crime scene tape was placed around the intersection. Dispatch and the shift commander was notified.
While waiting for CID arrival, I observed a white FORD ESCAPE traveling southbound on Bartow St. Ofc de Bruijn conducted a traffic stop and found the vehicle to be unrelated. DET Bradley arrived on scene and began his investigation. A concern citizen provided camera footage of a black four door sedan traveling southbound on Cleburne St. The vehicle did appear to be a BUICK LACROSS. The scene was released for normal roadway operations.
Lt Hurst had observed a black BUICK LACROSS traveling southbound on Gordon, past Brooklyn Homes North. Myself and Ofc de Bruijn conducted an ARS traffic stop as the vehicle appeared to have been a similar description to the vehicles mentioned above. The vehicle had a tag #[REDACTED BY AGENCY]. It was registered and presently driven by [REDACTED]. Ofc de Bruijn obtained a statement and the male was released from the traffic stop.
To note, a black BUICK with the a GA tag of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was parked in the yard of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Cleburne St. A young black male named [VICTIM #2] was observed walking from the residence. He was wearing a black shirt and black shorts. [VICTIM #2] has an involvement for shots fired as a victim back in 2023. He was present during the time I located the N St and Cleburne St scene. [VICTIM #2] advised that his mother owns the vehicle and he just utilized it after police left the scene and returned back just a moments ago.
A group of females on the 2000 block of N St advised that a suspicious black BUICK LACROSS is parked and is not supposed to be here. Several young males ran out of the vehicle and none of them looked familiar. The vehicle had a tag of [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Lt Daniel’s stayed on scene with Ofc Brooks and towed the vehicle through J&M.
The scene was released to CID.
