On Thursday, March 12th, 2026 at approximately 0222 hours, Deputy C.J. WALKER with the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office Uniform Patrol Division responded to [2500 BLOCK] Dews Pond Rd NE, Calhoun, Gordon County, Ga in reference to a criminal trespass report. Deputy WALKER arrived on scene at approximately 0234 hours.

Upon arrival, Deputy WALKER met with the complainant, [REDACTED BY AGENCY], who stated that at approximately 0130 hours this date, her ex-boyfriend, JOHN SHAW, entered the residence via the door in the car port. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that JOHN has been criminally trespassed from this location. Deputy WALKER confirmed with Gordon E-911 that JOHN was indeed criminally trespassed from this residence.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that while she was asleep, JOHN entered her room, pulled her pants down to her ankles, and stuck his fingers inside her vag*na. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that once she realized what was happening, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] started to cry, in which JOHN stopped what he was doing. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that JOHN then made the statement, “Did you think it was someone else in the bed?”.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she then asked JOHN to leave in which he replied that the reason he was there was to drop off [REDACTED BY AGENCY]’s fathers tools. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she was able to record a brief video of JOHN and her having a conversation in the bedroom. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] sent the video to Deputy WALKER’s work email to be submitted in the appropriate case file as evidence.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that JOHN left the residence in his White Toyota Tundra pick-up at approximately 0200 hours. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that once she was able to calm down and gather herself, she dialed 911.

Deputy WALKER asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to fill out a witness statement regarding the events that took place. While filling out the witness statement, Deputy WALKER noticed a White Toyota Tundra drive past the residence. Deputy B.D. TURNER and SFC R.C. GARCIA followed the vehicle to [1900 BLOCK] Dews Pond Rd, Calhoun, Gordon County, Ga to find the truck that belongs to JOHN SHAW unoccupied.

Deputies on scene with the truck took inventory and got the truck towed. Proper chain-of-command was notified and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] met with Detective D.J. PAYNE at the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office for an interview. Deputy WALKER attached the witness statement and tow-in sheet to the incident report.
