On the date of 12/16/25 I responded to the residence of [100 BLOCK] Ola St in reference to a domestic dispute.

Upon arrival, I made contact with complainant, Nikkisha Reno, who stated that she was being verbally abused by her friend, [VICTIM #1], because they got into a verbal argument. Ms. Reno continued to advise that she has been living with Ms. [VICTIM #1], who is the current homeowner for approximately two months and was actively paying rent. Ms. Reno also had several clothing items and a dog at the residence.

At this time, Ms. [VICTIM #1] came out of the residence and stated that her and Ms. Reno were drinking and got into a verbal argument about politics. Ms. [VICTIM #1] continued to state that she no longer wanted Ms. Reno at this residence. I then advised Ms. [VICTIM #1], being the homeowner, that she would have to legally evict Ms. Reno. At this time, Ms. [VICTIM #1] went back into the residence and locked the door.

After several attempts to get Ms. [VICTIM #1] to return to the front door and let Ms. Reno back inside, due to her living there, Ms. [VICTIM #1] was not cooperating. After several more attempts of talking to Ms. [VICTIM #1] through the door, she let law enforcement officers inside the residence. Ms. [VICTIM #1] agreed to letting Ms. Reno get her property of clothing and identifications in a small bag but she did not want her at the property for the night.

After getting small amounts of Ms. Reno’s property, Ms. Reno continued to be loud and belligerent toward Ms. [VICTIM #1] as she opened the door. I gave lawful commands to Ms. Reno to not verbally engage with Ms. [VICTIM #1], in which Ms. Reno did not follow and continued to loudly yell and call Ms. [VICTIM #1] derogatory names. I then advised Ms. Reno that if she did not stop that she would be placed under arrest for disorderly conduct. Ms. Reno became even more agitated and uncooperative.

I then attempted to contact a shelter in Dalton, Ga for Ms. Reno to stay for the night. While on the phone with the shelter, I advised Ms. Reno that she could not take her dog with her due to the shelter’s policy of no animals. Ms. Reno stated that her dog was a service animal but when asked if she had the certification for her animal, Ms. Reno responded that she did not have to have paperwork.

At this time, I advised the shelter that Ms. Reno was not being cooperative with law enforcement and that she would not be coming to the shelter. Ms. Reno was then advised of the options she now had, since she refused to leave the dog at the residence for the night and go to the shelter. Ms. Reno became loud and belligerent again.

Ms. Reno was then placed in handcuffs and taken into custody for disorderly conduct. The domestic dispute between Ms. Reno and Ms. [VICTIM #1] was verbal and no charges were brought on either party for the original call of service.

After transporting Ms. Reno to the Gordon County Jail, I escorted Ms. Reno to the booking area by the arm, she began to pull away from me and stated for me to get my hands off of her. I then continued to escort Ms. Reno by the arm into the booking location. At this time, jail deputies made contact with Ms. Reno.

While searching Ms. Reno’s person, Ms. Reno became loud and belligerent again, and began to pull away from deputies. Ms. Reno was purposely letting spit come from her mouth as she yelled at the deputies to the point that spit flew from her mouth and onto one of the deputies faces. Ms. Reno was then escorted to a holding cell.

Ms. Reno was charged with Obstruction and Disorderly Conduct. Warrants have been placed for the charges.
