On May 5, 2023 at approximately 2017 hours DEPUTY M. D. RALSTON with the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office Uniform Patrol Division was dispatched to the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office located at 2700 US Highway 41 North Calhoun, Gordon County Georgia in reference to a physical altercation.

Upon arrival DEPUTY RALSTON spoke with [VICTIM #1] whom stated that NOAH BROOKS had punched her in the face with a closed fist and pulled her hair. [VICTIM #1] stated he left before DEPUTY RALSTON arrived in a 2004 XC90 Volvo Silver in color.

While on scene [VICTIM #1] stated her and NOAH were meeting in the parking lot to go over money transactions. [VICTIM #1] stated NOAH had been accusing her for stealing his money while he was in prison. [VICTIM #1] stated NOAH pulled into the parking spot beside [VICTIM #1], [VICTIM #1] stated he was cussing her and blaming her for his money loss.

[VICTIM #1] stated they then exited their vehicles and began going over the transactions on the front hood of NOAH’S vehicle. [VICTIM #1] stated they began arguing back and forth before NOAH went around the vehicle and opened his car door striking [VICTIM #1] in her side.

[VICTIM #1] stated she then went to get into her vehicle when NOAH grabbed her by the hair and started pulling her into his vehicle. [VICTIM #1] stated he then grabbed her by the throat and began choking her. [VICTIM #1] stated she was fighting with NOAH in his vehicle before she was able to get away.

[VICTIM #1] stated she then took off to the Jail Lobby as NOAH was trying to run her over. [VICTIM #1] stated NOAH struck her with his door knocking her down and then drove off in a high rate of speed. [VICTIM #1] had a red mark on her neck, a blue bruise under her left eye lid and red marks on her leg. [VICTIM #1] also was complaining about her head hurting from where NOAH was punching her.

[VICTIM #1] was seen by EMS and transported by EMS to Advent Heath Gordon for her injures. Photos of [VICTIM #1]’S injures were captured and placed in the Gordon County data base for evidence. SGT J. HOLLEY dash came video 00:1d: 96:08 CF: 26- 35652024. DEPUTY RALSTON applied for two counts of Aggravated Assault, one count of Battery and one count of kidnapping state warrants.
