On Monday, 3 January 2022, at approximately 1330 hours, Deputy J.T. FOWLER, with the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office Uniform Patrol Division, responded to [100 BLOCK] Honeysuckle Vine Road, Adairsville, Gordon County, Georgia, in reference to a domestic dispute.

Upon arrival, Deputy FOWLER met with [VICTIM #1]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated TERRANCE LAMAR SMITH had been at the residence damaging items on the outside that were not his belongings. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated for the past several days Mr. SMITH had been angry and causing a disturbance at the residence. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated she told Mr. SMITH to leave multiple times but he would not. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated Mr. SMITH lived at the residence prior to the incident today.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated last night, 2 January 2022, at approximately 2000 hours, Mr. SMITH was outside the back of the residence throwing items against the vinyl siding of the residence. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated Mr. SMITH damaged the vinyl siding next to a window where he had previously damaged the window screen. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated her step-father had given her son two motorcycles which were beside the residence. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated Mr. SMITH damaged one of the motorcycles (Honda GoldWing) by breaking the display gauges and breaking the windshield.

Mr. SMITH fled from the residence upon Deputy FOWLER’s arrival.

Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s mother and complainant, [WITNESS #1], arrived on scene. Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated she contacted 911 due to Ms. [VICTIM #1] calling her, crying, and telling her about damage Mr. SMITH had caused.

Deputy FOWLER advised [Ms. VICTIM #1] to contact the Gordon County Domestic Violence Outreach Office for assistance. Deputy FOWLER advised Ms. [VICTIM #1] to contact 911 if Mr. SMITH returned to the property.

Deputy FOWLER took photographs of the damage to be saved and preserved as evidence on the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office database.

Deputy FOWLER took out a state warrant for Criminal Trespass (FVA).
