On March 8, 2026, at approximately 1641 hours I was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Creekside Dr. Apt [REDACTED] in reference to a physical domestic.
Upon my arrival I made contact with two male subjects, later identified as Tre-Von Martinez (Mr. Martinez), and his son [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. While speaking to Mr. Martinez he stated he and his girlfriend [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who he has multiple kids with were arguing.
Mr. Martinez stated that he decided he was going to leave so he attempted to leave in Ms. [WITNESS #1]’s vehicle. Mr. Martinez stated that when he attempted to get in the vehicle it was locked. Mr. Martinez stated he went back into the residence and confronted Ms. [WITNESS #1] and [REDACTED]. Mr. Martinez stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised him, that his mother, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told him to lock it.
Mr. Martinez stated that [REDACTED] then gave him attitude, so he began discipling his son. Mr. Martinez stated that he then grabbed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] the hair of his head and told him he was not going to disrespect him. While speaking to Martinez [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was also attempting to talk but Mr. Martinez kept cutting him off.
I also observed that Mr. Martinez appeared to be intoxicated due to his bloodshot, watery eyes, thick/slurred speech and the odor of an alcoholic beverage and marijuana coming from his person. I asked Mr. Martinez how much he had to drink and he stated, “Two shooters”. I ran Mr. Martinez’ information through Gordon 911 and they advised that his license was suspended.
I pulled [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to the side and asked him what was going on. [REDACTED] stated that his dad was upset due to him locking his mother’s car. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that there was an incident in the past where Mr. Martinez put sugar in the gas tank of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] vehicle, so they didn’t want him to damage it.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated his dad kept calling him a “Pus*y a*s ni***r”. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he remained calm and attempted to play his video game and his dd kept on being aggressive toward him. [REDACTED] stated Mr. Martinez began striking him in the right side of his head with his left, open hand.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated he went to the kitchen to get away from Mr. Martinez and followed him and kept calling him names. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Mr. Martinez proceeded to grab him by the hair of his head and pull. While speaking to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] I observed that he was visibly upset and was crying.
Officer Herrera made contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Officer Herrera stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated the following:
Mr. Martinez and she were arguing. Mr. Martinez attempted to leave in her vehicle, and she told [REDACTED BY AGENCY] lock the car so he couldn’t do anything to it. Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated that Mr. Martinez then reentered the house and confronted [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Mr. Martinez started calling [REDACTED BY AGENCY] “Pus*y a*s JIT”.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she went into the room where Mr. Martinez and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] were located and observe Mr. Martinez take [REDACTED BY AGENCY] phone. Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated Mr. Martinez then told his son he would hit him and didn’t care if she stepped in [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Mr. Martinez then proceeded to slap [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and she got between them.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] then went to the kitchen to get away from Mr. Martinez and he followed him and kept intimidating him. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Mr. Martinez proceeded to grab [REDACTED BY AGENCY] by the hair of his head. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated at that point she grabbed Mr. Martinez by his arm and his hair to get him off of [REDACTED BY AGENCY].
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that Mr. Martinez then stated to her that she was going to jail. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] went outside and called 911 due to them not feeling safe.
I advised [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to go back to his mother. After [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was out of sight of Mr. Martinez, I placed Mr. Martinez under arrest. I searched Mr. Martinez and he was transported to the Gordon County Jail by Officer Herrera without further incident.
A Written statement was obtained from [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and attached to the report. I obtained warrants for on Mr. Martinez for Simple Battery (FVA) and Cruelty to Children in the 1st degree (FVA). On call DFCS Ms. [REDACTED] was contacted and advised of the situation. I also completed a DFCS referral.
